staff that serves everyone, note 10, location, note 10, physical space, note 10, in everything always 05 stars, ... but service by phone 82.3216.7400 leaves nothing to be desired, it does not answer at all, just calls, until message appears ... this number is not answering.

Toda vez que eu vou um atendente fala uma coisa diferente e me faz voltar novamente e nunca resolvem o que realmente importa. Nota ZERO pra caixa econômica de Maragogi.
Lousy experience. Lousy service, the people who work there are always frowning. I didn't like it, I'm having a headache with my account and it doesn't solve anything. Every time I go an attendant says something different and makes me come back again and they never decide what really matters. ZERO score for Maragogi savings bank.
