★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma vergonha essa prefeitura, saí de Minas pra vir aqui, todo mundo falando que a cidade é linda (e realmente é, a natureza foi divina aqui) mas os primeiros 5 minutos o carro cai no buraco que arrebentou o carro. Os moradores nos ajudaram e falaram que buraco tá aberto daquele jeito a mais de meses. Não tem uma sinalização, não tem nada. Uma vergonha! Prefeitura com descaso com a cidade, pois bem, isso eu vou espalhar aos 4 ventos. Que essa prefeitura é uma tragédia. E que os moradores daqui tem vergonha desse prefeito e dessa gestão.
 A shame this city hall, I left Minas to come here, everyone saying that the city is beautiful (and it really is, nature was divine here) but the first 5 minutes the car falls into the hole that broke the car. The residents helped us and said that the hole has been open like that for more than months. There's no signage, there's nothing. A shame! City hall with disregard for the city, well, I'm going to spread this to the 4 winds. That this city hall is a tragedy. And that the residents here are ashamed of this mayor and this management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, Maragogi tem que acordar para o novo turismo, sem explorar o turista a cidade tem um péssimo transporte e alimentação cara e sem opção para um taxi percorrer uma distância de 4km cobram $60,00, uma refeição em qualquer restaurante não sai por menos de $100,00.
Os passeios parece que é tudo combinado para um barco percorrer uma distância de 2.000 m para fazer mergulho sai $ 150 00 por pessoa é muito perto você pode da praia dar tchau para as pessoas que vão mergulhar .
Sr. Prefeito, acho que deve acordar e fazer um turismo sério em Maragogi com os empresários revendo a forma de ganhar dinheiro fácil e pensando que o turista é seu cliente e deve ser tratado com respeito e o transporte e os passeios honestos.
As praias de Maragogi são lindas o povo muito simpático e acolhedor mas pela estrutura está longe de ser o Caribe brasileiro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento pela Sra Vera ( setor de finanças) diante das minhas solicitações...mas a gestão pública deixa a desejar. Maragogi sendo um dos destinos mais procurados para turismo no Brasil merece ser tratada com maior carinho, e melhor zeladoria. Exercer a política do ganha ganha, não só para os turistas, como para a população.
Great service by Mrs. Vera (finance sector) in the face of my requests ... but the public administration leaves something to be desired. Maragogi being one of the most sought after destinations for tourism in Brazil deserves to be treated with greater affection, and better care. Exercising the win-win policy, not only for tourists, but for the population.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visitei a Prefeitura para tirar o documento para pagar o Iptu. Daí fiquei pasmado pelo aumento exponencial e no meu entender inconcebivel, incluso porque estes dois ultimos anos aconteceram dois fenomenos terriveis que privaram as pessoas de terem recursos financeiros disponiveis. O primeiro fenomeno foi o Oleo nas praias e de seguida o Covid. Atente-se que falei com inumeras pessoas e todas elas estavam pasmadas com aumentos de 200, 300, 400 e mais percentagem. Deixo um alerta aos gestores que sempre que há necessidade de aumentar impostos, esse aumento deve ser efetuado de forma progressiva, proporcional e com razoabilidade, levando em conta varios factores nomeadamente da realidade social e financeira dos que sao forçados a ter que pagar mesmo sem poder. Espero que a Prefeitura com seus aumentos de impostos galopantes nao se torne num inflacionador dos valores, bem como num especulador imoboliario.

As praias são Bonitas mas a cidade de Maragogi pelo amor de Deus, não tem estrutura nenhuma, ruas esburacadas, é Agosto mês das chuvas, tudo alagado, pois não tem canalização de água da chuva, não tem arruamento, om certeza nao yem esgotos também, pobreza extrema, num lugar que cobra os olhos da cara por tudo, não tem um mercado que preste, só tem exploração no turista que deixa aqui uma grana que poderia ser melhor empregada se tivesse ido mesmo pro Caribe, mas fui olhar quem era o governador e aí deduzi porque.... Renan filho tá explicado porque esse estado tá largado. VEEHONHA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cidade turística com lindas praias porém a gestão atual deixa a desejar.
Estradas e ruas cheias de buracos (isso quando são asfaltadas). Alguns inclusive bem fundos a ponto de causar acidente (visto que alguns trechos não possuem iluminação pública).
Vários animais doentes e não castrados andando pela rua. O que é de partir o coração.
Visitei a cidade em uma época chuvosa e presenciei diversos pontos de alagamento nas ruas, ou seja, possuem escoamento insuficiente, deixando a população a mercê de doenças.
Algumas ruas possuem lombadas fora do padrão do CONTRAN onde são muito finas e mal sinalizadas desgatando apenas o quebra mola do veículo.
Cidade tem um ótimo potencial turístico e precisa começar a investir em projetos para aumentar a qualidade de vida da população local.

Fui a Maragogi no final de 2021 e realmente fiquei MUITO decepcionado com o estado de conservação da cidade. A natureza é LINDÍSSIMA, e só! A cidade de Maragogi tem uma péssima infraestrutura, sem querer ofender as pessoas que vivem lá, mas sendo bem franco, a cidade parece uma favela, ruas que dão acesso à praia totalmente descuidadas, muito feio mesmo.
O Centro da cidade é uma vergonha, uma cidade tão famosa, que recebe tantos turistas, estar tão abandonada daquele jeito, a Prefeitura de Maragogi deveria ser acionada judicialmente por isso.
Fui lá logo após ter conhecido São Miguel do Gostoso, Pipa e Porto de Galinhas, que dão de 100 a zero em Maragogi. A cidade precisa de um Centrinho bacana para os turistas terem uma boa opção de vida noturna, as ruas precisam ser reformadas, parece que eles querem que a cidade seja o mais feia possível para quando você vir o mar o impacto ser maior, pois de fato o mar é lindo, mas seria ainda mais lindo se a cidade em volta fosse linda também.
Situação vergonhosa, a cidade tem muito a aprender com as suas irmãs do Nordeste.

I went to Maragogi at the end of 2021 and I was really VERY disappointed with the state of conservation of the city. Nature is BEAUTIFUL, and that's all! The city of Maragogi has a bad infrastructure, not wanting to offend the people who live there, but to be quite frank, the city looks like a favela, streets that give access to the beach are totally neglected, very ugly indeed.
The city center is a shame, such a famous city, which receives so many tourists, being so abandoned like that, Maragogi City Hall should be sued for this.
I went there right after I got to know São Miguel do Gostoso, Pipa and Porto de Galinhas, which give 100 to zero in Maragogi. The city needs a nice Centrinho for tourists to have a good nightlife option, the streets need to be renovated, it seems that they want the city to be as ugly as possible so when you see the sea the impact will be greater, because in fact the sea is beautiful, but it would be even more beautiful if the city around it was beautiful too.
