★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local possui uma boa estrutura, próximo à Washington Soares, não é uma das agências mais lotadas,por isso o atendimento é um pouco mais rápido! Possui um estacionamento pequeno, porém compatível com a demanda. Horário de pico: meio-dia!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao público é péssimo... O foco não é o cliente... Os atendentes são desinteressados... Se percebe descaso ao cliente. Um fila na lateral que não tem fim. Infelizmente sou cliente dessa agência 2558.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São pessoas educadas mas demora muito o atendimento, e muito cansativo. Mas 1÷andar eles atendem com uma falta de vontade não sei pra que vão trabalhar.

Para conseguir entrar na agência. Não existe um critério para a fila,as pessoas entram de acordo com triagem que uma moça faz.aguardamos no meio do sol.outra coisa horrível no local onde se resolve contratos de habitação e outros serviços e tudo aberto, quem ta esperando ver tudo que vc tá resolvendo.Pior banco que existe é Caixa econômica.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Demora menos que a agência 2558(Messejana) porém a funcionária CARLA, atualmente é responsável por entregar as fichas, senhas etc...etc... Não demonstra cordialidade com clientes, sejam correntistas ou não. Certa ocasião que visitei a agência, constatei que ela guardava fichas para outra pessoa, achei uma forma descarada de lesar as demais pessoas que farão uso de senhas, independe do serviço a qual buscam.
It takes less than agency 2558 (Messejana) but the employee CARLA, is currently responsible for delivering the forms, passwords etc ... etc ... Does not show cordiality with customers, whether account holders or not. On one occasion when I visited the agency, I found that she kept cards for someone else, I found a blatant way of harming other people who will use passwords, regardless of the service they are looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui impedido de entrar para fazer um simples bloqueio de débito automático, isso ocorreu na manhã de 12/11/2021 as 11 horas da manhã. Quando uma suposta rececionista ( funcionária terceirizada) que fica sentada numa mesa na entrada da agência me perguntou oque eu iria fazer na agência, disse que faria um bloqueio de débito automático, daí ela me disse: aqui não fazemos isso , sua agência é aqui ? Pois aqui não faz não, procure uma "agência grande " não sabia que as agências da caixa econômica Federal não eram padronizadas , não sabia que existia agência pequena ou grande , e ela me disse pois tem meu amor ! Em um tom irônico, bom, foi preciso ligar pra ouvidoria pra ter meu problema solucionado, mas não creio que essa iniciativa de não deixar a pessoa entrar sob alegação de que isso não fazemos seja iniciativa de uma " recepecionista " isso deve ter a orientação de algum funcionário da agência . Ao sair fui até o caixa eletrônico, chegando lá tinha uma senhorinha com dificuldade pra sacar seu benefício, essa " recepiconista estava sentada na " sua " mesa " , a senhorinha disse ; a senhora pode me ajudar? Ela novamente com seu ar de funcionária do mais alto escalão do governo disse : não posso meu amor as estagiárias já foram embora !! Lamentável a deselegância e falta de educação para com o próximo e a falta de qualificação nos quadros de terceirizados da caixa econômica Federal.
I was prevented from entering to make a simple automatic debit block, this occurred on the morning of 11/12/2021 at 11 am. When I left, I went to the ATM, arriving there was a little lady who was having difficulty withdrawing her benefit, this "receptionist was sitting at "her "table", the lady said; Can you help me? She again with her air of an employee of the highest level of government said: I can't my love the interns are gone !! Regrettable the inelegant and lack of education towards others and the lack of qualification in the outsourced staff of the Federal Savings Bank.
