★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, tive que ficar uns 40 minutos na fila esperando para abrir uma conta salário quando fui atendido a pessoa que me atendeu abriu uma conta com taxa de manutenção nem perguntou se eu queria apenas os serviços essenciais que seria de graça, não avisou nada, cobram taxa para tudo.
Horrible, I had to wait about 40 minutes in line waiting to open a salary account when I was seen, the person who attended me opened an account with a maintenance fee or asked if I only wanted essential services that would be free, didn't tell me anything, they charge fee for everything.
