Irei mudar de agência amanhã para ver se tenho chance de ser atendida por um gerente melhor. A única gerente ótima que teve nessa unidade foi Elaine, exemplo de profissional, mas infelizmente tem dois anos que saiu, agora temos o caos na agência. Melhore Caixa!

Quanto aos caixas eletrônicos, são em grande quantidade para atender o máximo de pessoas, entretanto, com o fluxo do shopping, o lugar sempre está cheio.
