★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi hoje pela primeira vez achei k o feijão não estava fresco e sim resquentado e faltou um pouco de tempero(Sal) tanto no arroz como no feijão.
I ordered today for the first time, I thought the beans were not fresh, but they were frozen and there was a lack of seasoning (salt) in both rice and beans.

Hoje porém pedimos entrega de duas marmitex, 1 P e 1 M.
A entrega foi feita e enviaram por erro duas marmitex P. Ao ligar para informar o erro e pedir a troca, a atendente duvidou sobre o erro e questionou como se eu quisesse tirar vantagem da situação. Depois disse que eu teria que ir até o local para fazer a troca.
Enfim, depois de 40 minutos e a insistência a troca foi feita. A comida é excelente, só faltou o atendimento nesse caso isolado.
We always buy marmitex from Caldeirão, we really like the flavor.
Today, however, we ordered delivery of two marmitex, 1 P and 1 M.
The delivery was made and two marmitex P were sent by mistake. When calling to inform the error and request the exchange, the attendant doubted the error and questioned it as if I wanted to take advantage of the situation. Then he said that I would have to go to the place to make the exchange.
Anyway, after 40 minutes and the insistence the exchange was made. The food is excellent, only the service was lacking in this isolated case.

E mesmo que eu tenha ligado faltando apenas 1 minuto para o encerramento da atividade comercial do estabelecimento, creio que o correto seria me atender. É uma pena que um estabelecimento alimentício que não tem nenhum tato com o consumidor, deva receber uma avaliação ah não ser a que eu dei. Espero que entenda que esta avaliação sirva para melhoria e não para se sentirem vitimizados....
Because of 3 minutes they didn't answer me. And even though I called with just 1 minute left for the establishment's commercial activity to end, I believe the right thing would be to answer me. It's a shame that a food establishment that has no tact with the consumer should receive an evaluation other than the one I gave. I hope you understand that this review is for improvement and not to feel victimized....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, jogam os problemas deles para o cliente, deu pau na maquininha deles, o motoboy foi embora, nos deixando sem almoço!! Fui contestar no ifood e a resposta foi "ok, voi cancelar o pedido" EMPATI ZERO! Vou usar todos os logins pra dar 1 estrela.
Terrible, they throw their problems to the customer, their machine crashed, the motoboy left, leaving us without lunch!! I went to contest on ifood and the answer was "ok, I'll cancel the order" EMPATI ZERO! I will use all logins to give 1 star.
