★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje pedi uma marmita pelo site as 10:35 para a entrega as 11:45, porém não entregaram a marmita, tentei ligar e estava só ocupado, chamei no whatsapp leram e não me responderam.
Foi falta de respeito com o cliente, se pelo menos tivesse me respondido no whatsapp, mas nem isso.
 Today I ordered a lunch box on the website at 10:35 for delivery at 11:45, but they didn't deliver the lunch box, I tried to call and it was just busy, I called on whatsapp they read and they didn't answer me.
It was disrespectful to the customer, if only they had answered me on whatsapp, but not even that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A comida em si é excelente só que além da demora, o atendimento é péssimo comprei uma Marmitex as 10:40 chegou as 12:00 e sem coca paguei o motoboy ficou de trazer até agora esperando no Whats ninguem responde... um descaso
The food itself is excellent, but in addition to the delay, the service is terrible I bought a Marmitex at 10:40, it arrived at 12:00 and without coke I paid for the motoboy until now waiting on whats no one answers...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falaram pra eu comprar pelo site que seria melhor q pelo ifood, não só é pior como a marmita não veio pedi 10h50 e era 12h30 e nada e quando liguei pra cancelar a única coisa q me disseram foi "tah bom obrigado" atendimento precisa melhorar muito nunca mais peço pelo site
They told me to buy on the website that it would be better than ifood, not only is it worse but the lunch box didn't come I asked for 10:50 am and it was 12:30 pm and nothing and when I called to cancel the only thing they told me was "ok thank you" service needs to improve a lot I never order from the site again
