★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pela segunda vez pelo Ifood pq havia gostado do sabor... E foi tudo péssimo. O local demorou mais de 1h para preparar o pedido, quando o motoboy saiu de lá, foi mandado para Embu das Artes (Ifood também querendo economizar e fazendo o entregador entregar mais de um pedido)... Depois uma hora e quarenta minutos esperando, finalmente o caldo chegou, mas quando o motoboy foi retirar, derrubou toda a sopa, porque a embalagem estava totalmente derretida. Restaurante também economizando na embalagem... Meu sogro precisava comer em horário específico, pois tá em tratamento de saúde, e não tivemos de onde pedir mais pq demorou tanto que os outros restaurantes foram fechando... Não recomendo. Péssima experiência... Da vontade até de chorar.
O problema não é só a demora... A embalagem derreteu e rompeu.
I placed an order for the second time through Ifood because I liked the taste... And it was all terrible. The place took more than 1 hour to prepare the order, when the motorcycle courier left, he was sent to Embu das Artes (Ifood also wanting to save money and making the delivery person deliver more than one order)... After an hour and forty minutes waiting, finally the broth arrived, but when the courier went to remove it, it spilled all the soup, because the packaging was completely melted. Restaurant also saving on packaging... My father-in-law needed to eat at a specific time, as he is undergoing health treatment, and we had nowhere to ask for more because it took so long for other restaurants to close... I don't recommend it. Bad experience... I feel like crying.
The problem is not just the delay... The packaging melted and broke.
