★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tem o mínimo respeito (e noção!) com o cliente. Shopping vazio pedido demora meia hora, ninguém te dá uma satisfação e ainda fala depois de meia hora que é porque acabou o arroz e teve que fazer mais.
Olha sinceramente...
 Has no respect (and notion!) With the customer. Shopping empty order takes half an hour, nobody gives you a satisfaction and still says after half an hour that it is because the rice is over and you have to do more.

Solicitei Strogonoff de Frango onde na imagem era acompanhado de Batata Palha, porém mandaram Batata Frita e ao questionar a atendente fui informado que a Batata Pilha tinha acabado e estavam mandando Batata Frita no lugar, porém não fui avisado no momento de realizar o pedido. Não bastava isso, o tempero do Strogonoff é horrível! gosto estranho, nem parece ser molho de Strogonoff, enfim não recomendo!
I do not recommend. I requested Chicken Stroganoff where in the image it was accompanied by Batata Palha, but they sent Fries and when questioning the attendant I was informed that the Batata Pile was over and they were sending Fries in place, however I was not warned at the time of placing the order. That wasn't enough, Stroganoff's seasoning is horrible! strange taste, it doesn't even look like Stroganoff sauce, I don't recommend it anyway!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estávamos eu e minha esposa solicitando um prato juntamente com a atendente que por sinal é muito gentil, porém estava sem sistema e minha esposa estava na entrada do balcão da loja, quando gerente (RENATA) que estava fora da loja, veio até minha esposa e gritou dizendo licença aí e a passagem, uma falta de educação tremenda sou cliente a um bom tempo e me decepcionei com a ignorância desta gerente ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no shopping Campo Limpo semana passada e resolvi almoçar no Griletto. Pedi um filé de tilápia com arroz com vrocolis, legumes e purê. Tudo estava uma delícia!!! Muito bem temperada e super quentinha, saindo fumaça do prato. A porção também é muito generosa, para mim é o melhor restaurante para comer comida no shopping.
I was at Campo Limpo shopping mall last week and decided to have lunch at Griletto. I ordered a tilapia filet with rice with vrocolis, vegetables and puree. Everything was delicious!!! Very well seasoned and super hot, with smoke coming out of the dish. The portion is also very generous, for me it is the best restaurant to eat food in the mall.

The food is horrible, my plate came submerged in beans, the potatoes were floating, a bad experience, I will not eat at this restaurant again.

Pedi suco tinha somente um sabor, pedi fritas não tinha, pedi um sachê de SAL e não tinha, pedi um combo de grelhados no qual tinha no cardápio e não tinha. Pior experiência. Não volto mais e não recomendo!
Horrible. I went to this restaurant for lunch and ordered a meat parmigiana, it came cold and with a bad sauce. I asked for juice and there was only one flavor, I asked for fries there was none, I asked for a sachet of SALT and there was none, I asked for a grilled combo which was on the menu and there was none. Worst experience. I won't be back and I don't recommend it!
