Em decorrência disso, resolvi voltar mas infelizmente não tive a mesma sorte. A profissional que me atendeu claramente não sabia o que estava fazendo, fez as presas e ainda me deixou com os plásticos nos pés, literalmente. Infelizmente não voltarei. Estimo melhoras, pois o ambiente é super agradável porém o atendimento deixa a desejar.
I had the opportunity to visit the salon through Carol's great and empathetic hair washing service. As a result, I decided to return but unfortunately I wasn't so lucky. The professional who attended me clearly didn't know what she was doing, she made the fangs and even left me with plastic on my feet, literally. Unfortunately I will not be returning. I appreciate improvements, as the environment is super pleasant, but the service leaves something to be desired.
