A manicure foi atenciosa para ela eu daria até 5 estrelas.
Gerenciamento péssimo.
It was not a nice experience, very cramped, customers have to be very close to the chairs uncomfortable, Expensive service not to offer at least a nice comfort for the customer.
The manicurist was attentive to her I would give up to 5 stars.
Bad management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida por Shirley, péssimo serviço. Muito educada porém nunca na vida fiz unha em salão com tanta baixa qualidade. Péssimo acabamento, zero cuidado. Até meu marido que não entende nada comentou que parecia feita por criança. Serviço pior que amador. Estou totalmente decepcionada e não recomendo.
I was served by Shirley, terrible service. Very polite but never in my life did a nail in a salon with such low quality. Poor finish, zero care. Even my husband, who doesn't understand anything, commented that it looked like it was made by a child. Worse than amateur service. I am totally disappointed and do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento…. A dona acha q é a última bolacha do pacote… totalmente mal educada e arrogante…. Fiz 3 pacotes por conta das funcionárias q são muito atenciosas mas fui maltratada 2x pela Dona na frente das clientes so pq não estava com meu cartãozinho em mãos no momento… para que q serve o computador ? Sendo q toda vez q uso meu pacote elas dão baixa no computador…. O mundo evoluiu… hj é tudo sistema…. Mas a dona não sabe conversar com as pessoas tem q humilhar…. Não volto mais nem para terminar os meus pacotes…. Que inclusive acabei perdendo um pacote pois a mesma alegou q já tinha vencido e eu não tinha usado dentro do período q era para usar, sendo q não fui informada sobre essa data qdo comprei… ou seja na hora de fechar os pacotes são super simpáticas… mas na hora de realizar o serviço pago fazem o que quer com o cliente visando sair sempre na vantagem … ridículo…. NÃO indico…. Pior lugar q já fui de franquias de Unhas… quer uma dica? Deveria fazer um curso de Relacionamento ao Cliente e Gestao de Negocios pq vc não sabe lidar com público e nem com seu próprio negócio.
Terrible attendance…. The owner thinks it's the last cookie in the package… totally rude and arrogant…. I made 3 packages because of the employees who are very attentive but I was mistreated 2x by the owner in front of the customers so because I didn't have my card in hand at the moment… what is the computer for? Since every time I use my package they download it from the computer…. The world has evolved… today it's all a system…. But the owner doesn't know how to talk to people, she has to humiliate them…. I'm not going back even to finish my packages…. I even ended up losing a package because it claimed that it had already expired and I had not used it within the period it was supposed to be used, and I was not informed about that date when I bought it… that is, when closing the packages they are super friendly… but when it comes to performing the paid service, they do whatever they want with the customer, always aiming to have the advantage… ridiculous…. I DO NOT recommend…. Worst place I've ever been to nail franchises… want a tip? You should take a Customer Relationship and Business Management course because you don't know how to deal with the public or your own business.
