Pedi uma fatia de red Velvet e um expresso...na vitrine tinha uma torta de red Velvet inteira e fresca, me serviram uma fatia velha e ressecada. Me senti feita de trouxa, pagar o preço de uma fatia fresca e me servirem uma fatia passada e ressecada. Se desse não daria nem uma estrela. Não volto mais e não indico.
I had a bad experience!!!
I ordered a slice of red Velvet and an espresso... in the window there was a whole and fresh red Velvet pie, I was served an old and dry slice. I felt like a fool, paying the price of a fresh slice and being served a dried-out slice. If I did, I wouldn't even give it a star. I won't be back and won't recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento piorou tanto! Da última vez que vim, demorou para atenderem, mas dentro do esperado. Dessa vez as atendentes me ignoraram e ficavam conversando dentro do balcão, não fazendo nada em especial. Os clientes que chegavam ao caixa eram atendidos com muita má vontade, porém prontamente. Saí sem ser atendido e mesmo fazendo essa foto, nada aconteceu. Já avaliei como excelente, mas agora fui obrigado a alterar a avaliação. Melhorem!
The service got so bad! Last time I came, it took them a while, but as expected. This time the attendants ignored me and were talking inside the counter, not doing anything in particular. Customers who arrived at the checkout were treated very grudgingly, but promptly. I left unattended and even taking this photo, nothing happened. I already rated it as excellent, but now I've been forced to change the rating. Improve!
