★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima Experiência. Não recomendo adquirir cordões desta empresa pois são de péssima durabilidade. Arrebentam sem motivo e a empresa não se responsabiliza em resolver o problema. Simplesmente fazem emendas que arrebentam novamente menos de 24 hs depois.
Bad experience. I do not recommend purchasing cords from this company as they are of poor durability. They break for no reason and the company is not responsible for solving the problem. They simply make splices that break again less than 24 hours later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Ganhei um anel do meu esposo com menos de 4 meses de uso caíram muitas pedras. Fui até a loja pedir a análise e me deram o prazo de 30 dias. Após 40 dias liguei para Loja disseram que a análise tinha sido aprovada e que poderia ir buscar o anel. Retornei a loja após 5 dias da ligação e as vendedoras reviraram a loja e não encontraram o anel, sai da loja com o prazo de 3 dias para o produto chegar e advinhem o anel não chegou e o caso continua sem resolução. Não recomendo a loja e nem a marca pra ninguém.
Bad experience. I got a ring from my husband with less than 4 months of use, a lot of stones fell out. I went to the store to ask for the analysis and they gave me 30 days. After 40 days I called Loja and they said that the analysis had been approved and that I could go get the ring. I returned to the store after 5 days of the call and the saleswomen searched the store and did not find the ring, I left the store within 3 days for the product to arrive and guess what, the ring did not arrive and the case remains unresolved. I do not recommend the store or the brand to anyone.
