I bought a mattress I was asked for 8 days for delivery, they called me on the last day and said I didn't have the mattress and that I would have to wait another 20 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei na loja para comprar um colchão ou uma cama de casal, infelizmente fui mal atendido por uma vendedora, saí sem comprar nada pena que a gerência mantenha pessoas mal educadas e mal treinada para lidar com o Público, decepcionante.
I went into the store to buy a mattress or a double bed, unfortunately I was poorly attended by a saleswoman, I left without buying anything sorry that the management keeps people rude and poorly trained to deal with the public, disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja maravilhosa! Compro tdo lá e indico p TDS os amigos. A vendedora Jane é uma pessoa de MTA capacidade p nos ajudar em tdo. Ela com seu patrão fazem as entregas conforme o combinado sempre.
Wonderful shop! I buy everything there and refer friends to TDS. Salesperson Jane is an MTA person who can help us all. She and her boss make deliveries as agreed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vendedor mente prazo de entrega, você liga pra loja fica um jogo de empurra empurra, até o número do estoque te passam pra você resolver o problema de comunicação que a loja teria que resolver jogam pro cliente. No final descobre que te venderam um produto que não tem em estoque e te oferecem o mostruário todo arranhado que ta na loja sem nenhum desconto e com prazo de entrega enorme. A piada que pra cancelar você ainda tem que ir na loja depois das 13h porque antes disso a responsável não se encontra. NÃO RECOMENDO A NINGUÉM, vendedor mente pra fechar venda, pós venda da loja horrível.
Seller lies deadline, you call the store is a game of push pushes, until the number of stock pass you to solve the communication problem that the store would have to solve play for the customer. In the end you find out that they sold you a product that is out of stock and offer you the scratchy display that is in the store without any discounts and with a huge lead time. The joke that to cancel you still have to go to the store after 13h because before that the responsible is not. NOT RECOMMENDING ANYONE, salesperson lies to close sale, horrible after-sales store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava fazendo cotação de colchão de casal,vendedora atenciosa nos deu o valor,porém voltei na semana seguinte para fechar a compra e fui informada que o valor havia aumentado,meu marido pagaria a vista se o gerente fizesse pelo valor que havíamos visto,nada feito. Conclusão:O gerente preferiu perder o cliente do que tentar fazer algum tipo de negociação. Zero para o gerente.
I was asking for a double mattress, a friendly saleswoman gave us the amount, but I came back the following week to close the purchase and I was informed that the amount had increased, my husband would pay the cash if the manager paid for the amount we had seen, nothing done . Conclusion: The manager preferred to lose the customer than to try to make some kind of negotiation. Zero for the manager.
