O hotel ofereceu uma tarifa da qual tenho a confirmação por e-mail e ao chegar tentaram cobrar o dobro alegando tratar-se alta temporada / São João. Eu e minhas amigas fomos tratadas com uma tremenda falta de respeito e quando requeri meu direito baseada no código de defesa do consumidor, foi sugerido que eu procurasse outro lugar pra ficar pois o proprietário do prédio não autorizou a tarifa que estava no Booking. Liguei no Booking para pedir ajuda e então eles ligaram para o gerente que logo disponibilizou os quartos, no entanto a estrutura estava suja, mofada, com cupins no armário, não havia cesto de lixo no banheiro, nem toalhas e enxoval limpo. Nunca fui tão desrespeitada. Resolvi ir embora e procurar por meus direitos posteriormente.
DO NOT GO. I suggest that this hotel be unlabeled URGENT. The hotel offered a rate of which I have the confirmation by email and upon arriving tried to charge double claiming to be high season / St. John. My friends and I were treated with a tremendous lack of respect and when I applied for my right based on the consumer protection code, it was suggested that I look for another place to stay because the owner of the building did not authorize the rate that was on the Booking. I called the Booking to ask for help and then they called the manager who soon made the rooms available, however the structure was dirty, musty, with termites in the closet, no trash in the bathroom, no towels and clean layette. I've never been so disrespected. I decided to leave and seek my rights later.
