Bom semana passada compareci la pos tinha uma sessao de canal pra ser realizada" estava marcado, quando chego la dei viagem perdida pq n tinha o material pra termino do procedimento, eles nem pra ligar avisando, q eu n fosse pos n teria o material, bom fui reagendada pra hoje, blz fui me atenderam, so que fui chamada a tencao pos ontem tinha ligado pra la, confirmando, se ja tinha o materail, pos ja tinha dado viagem perdida semana passada,passei constrangimento semana passada ao dar a viagem perdida, e passei hoje por ter sido chamada atencao pq liguei pra dental lider, pra confirmar meu retorno pra hoje.. Em fim nao gostei do que fizeram, falta de respeito com cliente.. Estou dando uma estrela mas n devia ter dado nenhuma... Muito constrangedor oque passei nessa clinica...

In the end I didn’t like what they did, lack of respect for the client .. I’m giving a star but I shouldn’t have given any .. Very embarrassing what I went through in this clinic ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não gostei ! tem uma boa recepção e atendimento, porém não gostei do procedimento feito. Fiz uma restauração e em menos de um ano já caiu além do preço ter sido um pouco salgado, e a dentista q me atendeu colocou um ácido na minha boca q feriu minha língua e o céu da minha boca. Isso é uma critica construtiva, espero que possam melhorar para melhor atender o paciente. Obrigada!
Unfortunately I didn't like it! has a good reception and service, but I did not like the procedure done. I did a restoration and in less than a year it has already dropped beyond the price to have been a little salty, and the dentist who attended me put an acid in my mouth that hurt my tongue and the roof of my mouth. This is a constructive criticism, I hope they can improve to better serve the patient. Thank you!
