★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nessa loja hoje com uma amiga , ela não achou metade da lista que foi comprar ,falta muita mercadoria .Funcionários nem atendem direito .Mercadorias sem preço.
Preços razoáveis. Espera para somar no caixa de 2 horas .Tem que ir com paciência e tempo .
I was in this store today with a friend, she didn't find half of the list she went to buy, a lot of merchandise is missing.
Reasonable prices. Waiting to add up in the 2 hour box .You have to go with patience and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preços razoáveis, estoque incerto pois hoje tem tudo, amanhã não tem quase nada, mas isso ok, é uma loja variável.. porém, uma demora enorme para processar os pedidos e então pagar, sem contar que passam um carrinho e esquecem dos demais, na hora de pagar é que vimos o valor abaixo, e então notaram que não haviam passado todos. Detalhe, já estava esperando 1:40H pra depois ter que esperar mais até eles passarem o restante, e isso não é a primeira vez que ocorre! São desorganizados, nós clientes que temos que ficar perguntando se o pedido está pronto de min em min, sendo que poderiam colocar um painel por ordem de pedido..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de já ser cliente da loja física, não consigo comprar pelo site. Enviaram senha e login que não funcionam, semanas depois que fiz o pedido. Não tem whatsapp nem chat e também não respondem email. Como querem vender assim pela internet ? E isso é para comprar, imagina se for para reclamar ? Não aconselho. Liguei para o whatsapp conforme escreveu a empresa (abaixo) e a resposta foi : "nós somos de outro setor não podemos ajudar".
Even though I'm already a customer of the physical store, I can't buy through the website. They sent password and login that do not work, weeks after I placed the order. They don't have whatsapp or chat and they don't answer emails either. How do you want to sell like that on the internet? And this is to buy, imagine if it's to complain? I do not advise. I called whatsapp as the company wrote (below) and the answer was: "we are from another sector we cannot help".
