★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neiva não possui controle dos pagamentos, nosso grupo pagou as reservas dos quartos antes, chegando lá o constrangimento de reapresentar os comprovantes, pois a mesma não deu baixa, o tom de voz no atendimento sempre grosseiro e com descaso! Banheiros sem papel higiênico e sabonete para lavar as mãos, inflexível com horários de chegada e saída, leva de 3 há 4 dias para responder um whatsapp, e não atende telefone! Parecia que estava nos fazendo um favor, e que não estavamos pagando! Nosso grupo era de 21 pessoas, entre Camping e quartos, voltaremos? Não! Indicamos? Não! Nossa Trindade nunca decepciona, o Camping Ponta de Trindade SIM!
