Passei mais de 30 minutos esperando pra ser atendido enquanto a recepcionista flertava com um cliente, depois de muito esperar ainda fui tratado com pouco caso por meu carro ser de locadora. Não fiz o serviço e marquei na Abouchar Pneus na Bonocô, bem melhor. Não vá nesse Campneus.
Terrible! Bad service, bad service. I spent more than 30 minutes waiting to be served while the receptionist flirted with a client, after a long wait I was still treated with little concern because my car was from a rental company. I didn't do the job and booked at Abouchar Pneus at Bonocô, much better. Don't go to that Campneus.

A localização é boa e a sala de espera, confortável. O que incomodou foi citado acima que considerei como uma grande falta de respeito, até por não responderem sobre, ignorando a pergunta e o cliente.
I arrived before the scheduled time and was only served after another customer who arrived after me. When I asked why, there was no explanation. I'm not coming back. The location is good and the waiting room is comfortable. What bothered was mentioned above that I considered a great lack of respect, even for not answering about it, ignoring the question and the customer.

Terrible service! She schedules the service and when she gets there it takes more than an hour just to start the service, the attendant Veronica is very inexperienced in customer service! I'm not going back there!
