40 minutos para soltar um filtro de óleo de um carro com 10000 km
E não contente deixaram a direção torta.
Péssimo
 Two and a half hours to do alignment and oil change, they left my car stationary for an hour in the garage without even putting a hand on it, detail, was empty.
40 minutes to loosen an oil filter from a 10,000 km car
And not happy they left the direction crooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei pra trocar os pneus e fazer alinhamento e balanceamento. Alegaram que uma das rodas estava torta, mas decidi arrumar em outro lugar. Resultado: não havia nenhuma roda torta e o carro estava completamente desalinhado.
I took it in to change the tires and do alignment and balancing. They claimed that one of the wheels was bent, but I decided to fix it somewhere else. Result: there were no bent wheels and the car was completely out of alignment.
