★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui bem atendido quando levei meu carro para fazer troca de óleo, alinhamento e balanceamento na Hervaz. Eles fizeram alguns outros pequenos serviços em cortesia, como a troca do filtro de combustível e o rodízio de pneus, que eu acho que são pequenas coisas que ganham o cliente. O preço é competitivo, em linha com os demais do ramo. O único porém é que eles tem apenas uma estação de alinhamento a laser, então se for pra ir lá e esperar o serviço demora um pouco mais do que o esperado, mesmo com hora marcada. Fica a sugestão de melhoria.
I was well attended when I took my car to do oil change, alignment and balancing at Hervaz. They did a few other small services out of courtesy, like changing the fuel filter and rotating tires, which I think are small things that win the customer. The price is competitive, in line with the others in the industry. The only thing is that they have only one laser alignment station, so if you go there and wait for the service it takes a little longer than expected, even by appointment. There is a suggestion for improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz a revisão e troca óleo lá. Não encaixaram bem o filtro de óleo e vazava todo dia na minha garagem. Como viajo muito ficou dias (meses) assim. até tive que comprar óleo para repor, pois vazava bastante. Levei lá depois de um tempo e eles encaixaram corretamente e recompletaram o óleo, mas nada de me ressarcir e nem pedir desculpa. Uma pena.
I did the overhaul and change the oil there. They didn't fit the oil filter well and it leaked every day in my garage. As I travel a lot he stayed days (months) like that. I even had to buy oil to replace it, because it leaked a lot. I took it there after a while and they fit correctly and replenished the oil, but nothing to compensate me or apologize. A feather.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dizer que a qualidade dos pneus que vendem são ótimos afinal eles só vendem, o mérito é da michelin.
O preço é acima do mercado, mas eles não tem concorrência de pneu michelin na cidade.
Fique atento na venda, pois para você comprar prometem serviços, como rodízio e balanceamento que não cumprem quando chega o prazo de fazê-los, aliás cobram bem acima de outras especializadas para fazer o que eles prometeram não cobrar.
Infelizmente não surpreende o desinteresse no pós-venda, uma boa recomendação é pedir para eles colocarem na nota cada vírgula do que foi acordado na venda.
Tive uma experiência ruim, uma pena.
