★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O metrô espaço físico em si é tudo maravilhoso, porém no dia que usei, a princípio a primeira vez, com minhas duas filhas, deveríamos ter saído pelo local indicado a fazer a baldeação para os ônibus da EMTU, e logo que sai voltei com as meninas, e falei com uma moça do guichê se eu podia voltar porque havia pego a saída errada, ela toda grosseira, disse que eu tinha que pagar o bilhete novamente, eu expliquei que tinha terminado de sair, não tinha 1 minuto, e ela além da grosseira disse que eu tinha que pagar a minha e a passagem das crianças, como se eu não tivesse pago e não soubesse daquilo, o grosseiro do segurança a mesma coisa, disse que eu tinha que prestar atenção, e não iria nos deixar passar. Funcionários grosseiros e não se colocam no lugar das pessoas. Nem todos agem de má fé, e por uma questão de segundos não deixaram a gente retornar e tivemos que andar quase 1km para embarcar no ônibus.

Rude employees and don't put themselves in people's shoes. Not everyone acts in bad faith, and for a matter of seconds they didn't let us return and we had to walk almost 1 km to board the bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa estação dá acesso ao Shopping Campo Limpo. Está sempre bem limpa e organizada. Tem loja de chocolate, quiosque de lanches, salgados e café. Tem bancos nas plataformas. Bem sinalizada. Tem acesso ao terminal de ônibus intermunicipal. As escadas rolantes estão sempre funcionando. Tem máquinas para recargas de bilhete único e Bom/Top. Tem bilheteria. Tem paisagismo com flores e folhagens ao redor. Os trens são limpos. No geral eu gostei.
This station gives access to Shopping Campo Limpo. It is always very clean and organized. It has a chocolate shop, snack kiosk, snacks and coffee. There are benches on the platforms. Well signposted. It has access to the intercity bus terminal. The escalators are always running. There are machines for single ticket and Bom/Top refills. There's a box office. It has landscaping with flowers and foliage all around. Trains are clean. Overall I liked it.

Há algumas plataformas de ônibus, funcionários prestativos, igual em toda a linha lilás, não há do que reclamar, é um local aonde você pode se sentir seguro.
A bilheteria atende bem rápido, mas em contrapartida as máquinas de recarga ou consulta de bilhetes únicos/BOM/TOP, sempre podem te surpreender por estarem sem sistema.
Existe uma cacau show no local e um café do ponto, ambos comércios são bons, mas a avaliação deles é bom fazer de forma separada.
Se você procurar um banheiro ele fica indo em sentido as plataformas de ônibus dando a volta, isso apenas após as catracas.
O acesso ao shopping é subindo uma escada na frente da estação
