Quando vim alugar um apartamento, ele estava com alguns defeitos, como interruptores quebrados e uma porta solta. Eles chamaram o profissional que resolveu tudo.
Também me auxiliaram muito com a questão de quaisquer burocracias, como passar a conta de luz para o meu nome. Entregaram uma lista com o passo a passo do que deveria ser feito, além da cópia digital da vistoria, do contrato e das normas se condomínio.
Great service after contract.
When I came to rent an apartment, it had some flaws like broken switches and a loose door. They called the professional who solved everything.
They also helped me a lot with any bureaucracy, such as passing the electricity bill to my name. They provided a step-by-step list of what should be done, plus a digital copy of the survey, contract, and condominium standards.
