★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava buscando um imóvel pra alugar já algum tempo liguei numas 5 imobiliárias inclusive numa grande aqui da cidade e não me deram atenção porque talvez o aluguel que eu procurava era apenas 650,00 ai minha amiga Angela que é inquilina desta imobiliária me indicou a Tatiane Bueno Imoveis e fui atendida pela corretora Rose ela foi muito simpática e já me levou pra ver um imóvel no mesmo dia e depois de 4 dias ja estava eu fazendo a mudança sou inquilina a 3 meses e estou sendo muito bem atendida pela Sandra do administrativo que é muito atenciosa e me manda certinho os boletos todos os meses. resolvi postar este texto porque infelizmente vi umas msg abaixo e fico me perguntando se é verdade ou somente pessoas que precisam desmoralizar empresas para conseguir alguma coisa. Eu fui bem atendida amei todos eles dona Tatiane só vi uma unica vez mais também foi muito simpática e quando eu for comprar minha casa com certeza sera com a Rose corretora desta imobiliária.
I was looking for a property to rent for some time, I called 5 real estate agents including a big one in the city and they didn't pay attention to me because maybe the rent I was looking for was only 650.00. Bueno Imoveis and I was attended by the broker Rose she was very friendly and already took me to see a property on the same day and after 4 days I was already making the move I am a tenant for 3 months and I am being very well attended by Sandra from the administrative who she is very attentive and sends me the billets every month. I decided to post this text because unfortunately I saw some messages below and I wonder if it is true or just people who need to demoralize companies to get something. I was well attended, I loved all of them, Dona Tatiane, I only saw her once again, she was also very friendly and when I go to buy my house, it will certainly be with Rose brokerage at this real estate agency.

Eu tenho um imóvel que estava para alugar por outra imobiliária em setembro do ano passado e fui procurada pela Tatiane Bueno Imóveis, pois tinham uma inquilina ótima interessada. Pois bem, devo ter recebido um aluguel em dia, os outros com atraso de quase um mês e há três meses a inquilina já não paga. Procuro a imobiliária insistentemente, pois moro em outro estado e dependo do dinheiro para pagar o meu aluguel aqui. Às vezes demoram até três dias para me responder. Quando ligo nunca tem alguém disponível para me atender. Pedi que o caso desse entrada no jurídico da imobiliária assim que percebi a fria em que tinha me metido, mas infelizmente tudo foi se prorrogando até o momento em que começou a pandemia e foi decretado que não se pode haver despejo até a segunda ordem. Pois bem, este problema vem de antes e é simplesmente isso o que o jurídico tem para me dizer. Que vão negociar com a inquilina, mas está tudo parado. Enquanto isso, eu estou me endividando para pagar o meu aluguel aqui e estou nas mãos de pessoas que não parecem se interessar muito pelo sofrimento alheio. Por isso tenham muito cuidado antes de entregar o seu imóvel nas mãos desta empresa, porque pode acaber sendo uma grande armadilha.

When I call, there is never someone available to answer me. I asked for the case to go into the real estate law as soon as I realized how cold I was, but unfortunately everything went on until the pandemic started and it was decreed that there can be no eviction until the second order. Well, this problem comes from before and that's just what the legal has to say to me. That they will negotiate with the tenant, but everything is stopped. In the meantime, I am in debt to pay my rent here and I am in the hands of people who don't seem to be very interested in the suffering of others. So be very careful before handing your property over to this company, as it can end up being a big trap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ achei péssimo o serviço. Não indico tanto pro inquilino quanto pro locatário. Não sei como não fechou ainda essa "empresa". Que nem um boleto por e-mail não conseguem enviar. O inquilino tem que ir todo mês ir buscar rsrsrs só rindo mesmo.

Nunca façam negócio ou deixem seu imóvel na mão de pessoas que não são capacitadas a administrar seu imóvel!!!! imobiliária muito desorganizada, não conseguem atender LOCADORES e quando atendem mil e uma DESCULPA!! JURICO??? KKKKK É UMA PIADA nem advogado devem ter!! UMA BAGUNÇA!!! FURADA NÃO DEIXEM SEU IMOVEL NA MÃO DE PESSOAS IRRESPONSAVEIS OU VÃO TER DOR DE CABEÇA!!!! Pesquisem no Google e vão ver que não sou o UNICO!!!

Never do business or leave your property in the hands of people who are not qualified to manage your property!!!! real estate very disorganized, they can't serve LESSORS and when they serve a thousand and one EXCUSE!!
