★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja muito bem recomendada por um amigo e tive o melhor atendimento possível, principalmente no pós venda, tive um pequeno imprevisto na bateria do veículo e a equipe foi muito prestativa e resolveu o problema imediatamente, o Sr Elton que cuida da parte da manutenção está de parabéns! recomendo com toda certeza e tranquilidade!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo, comprei um veículo e eles não me entregaram o laudo cautelar que diziam estar aprovado, quando já estava fechada a venda, entregaram o laudo que estava aprovado mas com restrição, pois a longarina já tinha sido recuperada.

I don't recommend it, I bought a vehicle and they didn't deliver me the injunction that they said was approved, when the sale was already closed, they delivered the report that was approved but with restriction, as the spar had already been recovered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A venda até ocorreu normalmente. Informei de alguns problemas antes de finalizar a compra, como rádio e bateria. Peguei o carro com problema nos dois itens. Sem contar outros como pisca alerta, painel manchado. Enfim.. fiquei com um prejuízo de ter que trocar a bateria, radio foi trocado por um paralelo.
Outro ponto.. fui informado que teria que assumir a terceira parcela do IPVA... aceitei... porém esperava receber um boleto da receita do estado de SP. Para minha surpresa o boleto estava em nome da loja, falta de transparência.
Empresa não preza pela satisfação do cliente pós venda! Não recomendo.
The sale even took place normally. I reported some problems before finalizing the purchase, such as radio and battery. I took the car with a problem in both items. Not counting others as flashes alert, stained panel. Anyway .. I was at a loss to have to change the battery, radio was replaced by a parallel.
Another point .. I was informed that I would have to take over the third installment of the IPVA ... I accepted ... but I expected to receive a receipt of the revenue from the state of SP. To my surprise the ticket was in the store's name, lack of transparency.
Company does not value after-sales customer satisfaction! I do not recommend.

Comprei uma Tracker com 21mil KM a um ano exatos, fui vender ela esse mês e tive a infelicidade de descobrir que a chave reserva nao era original e nao estava funcionando! e os pneus ja tinham sido trocados! com essa kilometragem todos? co tres meses depois da garantia que deram ja tinha trocado a Bateria e mexido na suspenção!!! provavelmente os kms dela estavam alterados por vir de pernambuco como consta no documento anterior. Vergonhoso pra uma loja que diz prezar pela qualidade. Mas como ja passou a garantia fica aqui minha indignação!
