misturaram junto alguma carne que estava até oxidada (qd fica a algum tempo exposta, escurecida) até td bem , mas cheio de gordura, está na cara que não é patinho.
Sempre comprei neste açougue. Mas agora parece que trocou de dono, e com este tipo de atitude, acha que ninguém conhece carne.
Não comprarei mais lá!
I ordered ground duckling, (lean meat, almost no fat)
mixed together some meat that was even oxidized (which is some time exposed, blackened) until all right, but full of fat, is in the face that is not duckling.
I always bought it at this butcher shop. But now it seems that you have changed owners, and with that kind of attitude, you think no one knows meat.
I will not buy there anymore!
