★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço compra de mês nesse açougue e parece que a maioria dos atendentes não gostam de vender; sempre de cara amarrada e muitas vezes cortam a carne de maneira errada. Já cheguei a ir ás 17h30 (época antes da pandemia) e eles retirando as carnes na vitrine ainda com clientes na fila. Atendem parecendo que estão fazendo favor.
I make monthly purchases at this butcher shop and it seems that most of the attendants do not like to sell; always frowning and often cut the meat in the wrong way. I got to go at 5:30 pm (time before the pandemic) and they removed the meat in the window with customers still in line. They answer, looking like they're doing them a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 15/10/2020 entrei neste estabelecimento pela primeira vez para comprar 1 (hum) kg de Coxão Mole cortado em bife.
Pura decepção quando cheguei em casa.
Havia solicitado ao atendente do balcão que corta-se os bifes
em fatias finas.
Além de estarem grossos ele não fez aquela limpeza de praxe onde se retira aquela "pelanca grossa" que ninguém merece (pura gordura).
A caixa, ao fazer o pagamento, parece que está de mal com a vida e que estão fazendo um favor à você, quando na realidade somos nos clientes que pagamos os salários deles.
Enfim, péssimo açougue para se fazer compras.
Não recomendo a ninguém.
Procurem um outro estabelecimento próximo ou se querem uma dica, visitem o açougue do SONDA no Shopping Penha e verão a diferença.
On 10/15/2020 I entered this establishment for the first time to buy 1 (hum) kg of Coxão Mole cut into steak.
Pure disappointment when I got home.
He had asked the counter attendant to cut the steaks
thinly sliced.
In addition to being thick he did not do that usual cleaning where you remove that "thick skin" that no one deserves (pure fat).
The cashier, when making the payment, looks like he is in bad shape with his life and they are doing you a favor, when in reality it is the customers who pay their salaries.
Anyway, lousy butcher shop for shopping.
I don't recommend it to anyone.
Look for another establishment nearby or if you want a tip, visit the SONDA butcher shop at Shopping Penha and you will see the difference.
