★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra na internet e coloquei para retirar na loja para namorar que esperar a entrega. Fui retirar meu pedido, mostrei comprovante de pagamento, nº de pedido, CPF.. tudo. Porém, fui informado que a equipe de finanças que libera a compra estava toda no almoço, ou seja, não tinha ninguém para autorizar. Pedi ajuda a um funcionário que levou a situação para o gerente, Sr. Ronaldo, que nada fez e não teve nem o profissionalismo de vir falar comigo, sendo totalmente inútil e imprestável atuando apenas como um mero “chefe” de vendedores. Sinceramente, nos dias de hoje que temos a tecnologia a nosso favor, termos que ficar refém a uma situação dessa é inadmissível. Voltei para casa sem o material e terei q esperar algum retorno que não sei qnd será. E detalhe que comprei 43 sacos de argamassas e hoje que precisei retirar apenas 6, o gerente nada fez. Nunca mais comprarei no Canal da Construção e se eu puder indicar qualquer outra loja diferente dessa assim farei. Inaceitável tento o processo de vcs qnt o atendimento desse gerente inútil!!!
I made a purchase on the internet and put it in the store to pick it up to wait for delivery. I went to collect my order, showed proof of payment, order number, CPF ... everything. However, I was informed that the finance team that released the purchase was all at lunch, that is, they had no one to authorize. I asked for help from an employee who took the situation to the manager, Mr. Ronaldo, who did nothing and did not even have the professionalism to come and talk to me, being totally useless and worthless acting only as a mere "boss" of salespeople. Honestly, nowadays that we have technology in our favor, having to be held hostage to such a situation is unacceptable. I returned home without the material and I will have to wait for some return that I don't know what it will be. And detail that I bought 43 bags of mortar and today that I needed to remove only 6, the manager did nothing. I will never buy from the Canal da Construção again and if I can indicate any other store other than this one I will do so. Unacceptable I try the process of you qnt the attendance of this useless manager !!!

O produto que comprei veio com defeito, voltei lá e peguei um de qualidade superior. Quando chego em casa o produto não encaixa onde deve, mesmo tendo sido informado na loja que a bitola era padrão. Vou ter ir novamente pra trocar pela segunda vez.
