Fiz um pagamento e não me responderam mais, mandei mensagem em todos os canais de comunicação e não fui atendido. Somente após avaliar aqui, um dos funcionários me procurou, disse que iria enviar o mais breve possível e pediu para excluir a avaliação daqui. Fiz isso, mas estou refazendo a avaliação, pois fui lesado mais uma vez. Me mandaram um código de rastreio que não existia. Somente após 9 dias, totalizando mais de 15 dias da minha compra, fui atendido por outra rede social, e o produto que até então tinha sido postado dia 25/11 segundo o funcionário (código de rastreio invalido) na verdade foi postado somente 04/12 após eu ter solicitado o estorno do valor. Ou seja, logística eficaz não existe no quesito atendimento on-line, por isso não indico a ninguém.

Only after evaluating here, one of the employees approached me, said he would send it as soon as possible and asked to delete the evaluation from here. I did that, but I'm redoing the assessment, because I was injured again. They sent me a tracking code that didn't exist. Only after 9 days, totaling more than 15 days of my purchase, was I served by another social network, and the product that until then had been posted on 11/25 according to the employee (invalid tracking code) was actually posted only 04 / 12 after I requested a refund of the amount. In other words, effective logistics does not exist in terms of online service, so I do not recommend it to anyone.
