★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao tem preço nas peças... e quando tem, é diferente da etiqueta e no caixa. Gerente mal educado e não alterou valor conforme anunciado na etiqueta. Não recomendo.
There is no price on the pieces ... and when there is, it is different from the label and the box. Rude manager and did not change value as advertised on the label. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fui nessa loja, adorava ate precisar! Você é cliente até que convém eles. Sou de Mogi das Cruzes, comprei dois itens e na hora da venda confirmei que estava na dúvida sobre o tamanho, pois estava montando um kit em casa e a moça me confirmou que poderia vir trocar.
Ha exatos 6 dias voltei pois os potes não encaixaram perfeitamente (os kits são os mesmos modelo, porém estava em dúvida se era o retangular ou quadrado) sendo tão longe da minha casa, perguntei se desse errado se eu poderia trocar e a mesma disse que sim. Vim até a loja e fui extremamente “mal atendida” a gerente deixou claro que eles fazem uma cortesia para o cliente, meu marido questionou se ela poderia ser cordial com a gente em atender que não queríamos o dinheiro de volta, mas somente trocar pelo modelo correto! a própria gerente disse que eles podem as vezes abrir uma exceção como cortesia, mas não tinha como pois o sistema era engessado!
Mas então porque coloca que tem esse serviço de cortesia, só pra atrair o cliente?
Me senti um lixo, pois a cortesia funciona quando ? Quando eles querem?
SO FALO UMA COISA COMPRAVA SEMPRE NA LOJA DE SUZANO E DO BRAS
NUNCA MAIS VERÃO MINHA CARA E SE DEPENDER DAS MINHAS INDICAÇÕES NINGUEM MAIS COMPRA!
Todos nós sabemos que toda loja presa pelo cliente, mas pelo jeito essa loja só se preocupa com o volume! Se quer viu o meu lado, poderiam ter ganho um compra a mais, pois iria levar mais coisas, mas sai da loja e comprei na loja ao lado, pois nesta NUNCA MAIS VIRÃO 1 real se quer meu.
EXTREMAMENTE RIDÍCULA A POSTURA DA GERENTE E DA LOJA!!!
Isso aconteceu agora (sai da loja e já postei) aliás nisso a internet é boa!!!

I always went to this store, I loved it until I needed it! You are a customer until it suits them. I'm from Mogi das Cruzes, I bought two items and at the time of sale I confirmed that I was in doubt about the size, as I was putting together a kit at home and the girl confirmed that I could come and exchange it.
Exactly 6 days ago I came back because the pots did not fit perfectly (the kits are the same model, but I was in doubt if it was the rectangular or square) being so far from my house, I asked if it went wrong if I could change it and she said that yea. I came to the store and I was extremely “poorly attended” the manager made it clear that they do a courtesy to the customer, my husband questioned if she could be friendly with us in answering that we didn't want the money back, but just exchange it for the model right! the manager herself said that they can sometimes make an exception out of courtesy, but there was no way because the system was in a cast!
But then why say you have this courtesy service, just to attract the customer?
I felt like crap, since courtesy works when? When do they want to?
SO I SAY ONE THING ALWAYS BUY AT THE SUZANO AND BRAS STORE
NEVER SEE MY FACE AND DEPEND ON MY INDICATIONS NO ONE PURCHASES MORE!
We all know that every store is held by the customer, but by the way this store only cares about volume! If you want to see my side, you could have won an extra purchase, because I would take more things, but leave the store and bought it in the store next door, because in this NEVER MORE WILL COME 1 real if you want mine.
EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS THE POSITION OF THE MANAGER AND THE STORE !!!
This happened now (I left the store and I already posted) In fact, the internet is good!
