★ ★ ★ ★ ★ São muito simpáticos, mas no quesito horário e fazer realmente tudo que pediu no pet, ai ja não pode contar com isso, todas as vezes que mandei minha cachorra lá, falam que vai chegar tal hora e sempre atrasam, se tiver um compromisso no dia? cancele, pq você vai ter que separar o dia todo só pra esperar eles trazerem o pet de volta, enquanto isso, fica la sabe Deus onde. o motorista que veio trazer a minha da ultima vez, observei ele descendo a rua de casa, coitada da minha cachorra, pq pelas ultrapassagens que ele deu ela deve ter sambado dentro daquele carro, e nessa pressa toda minha cachorra chegou ainda úmida. Tirando que nunca cortam as unhas dela, mesmo eu pedindo e PAGANDO. Não recomendo e não levo nunca mais minha cachorra nesse lugar, 0 cuidado com o pet que tanto falam ter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento muito atenciosos e muito educados;pontuais quando acontece algum atráso ele me entregam minha cachorra e me informam o pq da demora só confio neles minha cachorra volta toda feliz e bem cheirosa lá tem de tudo as coisas que preciso só compro lá ótima qualidade os produtos;as pessoas quando reclamam do estabelecimento tem quer provas pra poder reclamar só falar não é o bastante levo minha cachorra lá a muito tempo eles nunca pisaram na bola comigo não obrigado pelo amor que vcs tem com a minha princesinha deus abençoe vcs

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível, meu shitzu de 6 meses voltou com a orelha suja, pois deram banho e não higienizaram semana passada ou nos banhos anteriores.
Percebi mau odor vindo dele mesmo estando limpo, quando abri a orelinha dele estava cheia de cera marrom, ou seja, super infrccionada pela falta de higiene e os pelos grudados na sujeira.
Estou indo levar o meu cachorro no veterinário agora, pois nem comendo esta, só quer dormir e é super ativo..

Horrible, my 6 month old shitzu came back with a dirty ear from bathing and unwashing last week or in previous baths.
I noticed a bad odor coming from him even when he was clean, when I opened his ear was full of brown wax, in other words, super inflicted by the lack of hygiene and the hair stuck in the dirt.

Nunca mais volto lá
