★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei meu cachorro pra vacinar ,e pedir um atestado de transito de cães e gatos porque eu vou viajar me cobraram 60 reais por esse atestado ,na hora não estava bem então acabei deixando passar ,depois meu esposo me disse que havia pegado o mesml atestado e nao cobraram fui reclamar , atendente foi super grossa e disse que não podia fazer nada por mim ,eu falei que pelo atestado só ser válido por 10 dias não iria me servir e que era um absurdo me cobrarem 60 reais se meu cachorro ja era paciente ela fez foi jogar na minha cara que a médica estudou 5 anos e se pra mim não vale nada pra ela vale ,nunca mais volta nesse lugar nem recomendo lixo de lugar
I took my dog to vaccinate, and ask for a certificate of transit of dogs and cats because I am going to travel they charged me 60 reais for this certificate, at the time it was not okay so I ended up letting it pass, then my husband said he had taken the same certificate and I did not charge, I complained, the attendant was super rude and said that he could not do anything for me, I said that the certificate only being valid for 10 days would not serve me and that it was absurd to charge me 60 reais if my dog was already patient she did was throw it in my face that the doctor studied 5 years and if it is worth nothing to me it is worth it, never come back in this place nor recommend place garbage

A Veterinária prepotente, acha que todos os diagnósticos dos outros colegas veterinários são errados e só o dela é correto.
Pedi um orçamento (tenho o encaminhamento) para uma cirurgia e ela negou-se a fazer dizendo que teria que dá o parecer dela primeiro. Só pedi um orçamento, sei que antes do procedimento teríamos que passar em consulta com ela p confirmar o diagnóstico. Ela me disse que eu estava procurando preço e não qualidade, ou seja, disse que não tô nem ai com os cuidados do meu Pet.
Penso que p quem não tem dinheiro sobrando, é necessário alinhar a qualidade e o preço também. Além da consulta, dá cirurgia, dos remédios, tem as consultas de pós operatório. Fiz orçamento em outros lugares e nenhum se negou a fazer.
A pessoa pode ter o preço bom... a qualidade no serviço...um brinde ou qq outra coisa, mas o diferencial mesmo, é a qualidade no atendimento das pessoa e neste caso tb dos animais.
Como dizem: a primeira impressão é a que fica.... essa foi minha experiência apenas na conversa com a veterinária.
Quero deixar claro que não coloco em dúvida a capacidade médica dela, mas apenas uma opinião do atendimento que recebi e me incomodou bastante.
Espero que os próximos clientes tenham mais sorte do que eu. Derrepente peguei ela de mau humor rsrs
OBS: não pedi atendimento por telefone, entrei em contato como fiz em outros lugares, que tb NÃO CONHECIAM MEU PET e sem problemas fizeram o orçamento apenas me pedindo p enviar a foto do pedido médico e o peso do animal. As coisas são simples, a gente é que complica neh.
Não coloco em dúvida a sua CAPACIDADE MÉDICA, apenas reclamei do atendimento que recebi via msg, achei um tom grosseiro. Da mesma forma que elogio quando uso um serviço bacana, tb faço observações quando não me agrada.
Veja as críticas como um ponto que pode ser melhorado (afinal ninguém é perfeito) para que novas interpretações assim não ocorram.

I asked for a quote (I have the referral) for surgery and she refused to do it saying that she would have to give her opinion first. I just asked for a quote, I know that before the procedure we would have to visit her to confirm the diagnosis. She told me that I was looking for price and not quality, that is, she said I don't even care about my Pet.
I think that for those who have no money left, it is necessary to align quality and price as well. In addition to the consultation, there is surgery, medicine, post-operative consultations. I budgeted elsewhere and none refused to do so.
The person can have a good price ... the quality of the service ... a gift or anything else, but the difference is the quality of the service provided by the person and in this case, also the animals.
As they say: the first impression is what remains ... that was my experience only in the conversation with the vet.
I want to make it clear that I do not doubt her medical capacity, but just an opinion of the care I received and it bothered me a lot.
I hope that the next customers will be luckier than me. Suddenly I got her in a bad mood lol
NOTE: I did not ask for assistance by phone, I got in touch as I did in other places, that also DIDN'T KNOW MY PET and without problems they made the budget just asking me to send the photo of the medical order and the weight of the animal. Things are simple, we complicate things.
I don't doubt your MEDICAL CAPACITY, I just complained about the service I received via msg, I found it a rude tone. In the same way that I praise when I use a nice service, I also make observations when I don't like it.
See criticism as a point that can be improved (after all, nobody is perfect) so that new interpretations like this do not occur.
