★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom veio aqui dar os parabéns pois quando a pessoa descobre que está doente leva aquele impacto principalmente quando se diz câncer e ter um instituto do câncer ajuda milhares de pessoas para se tratar da doença a qual ninguém espera,por isso espero nao precisar ,mais nao sabemos o dia de amanhã, por isso clinica que atende doentes tem que dar o seu melhor.
Well, here came to congratulate you because when the person finds out that he is sick it takes that impact mainly when it says cancer and having a cancer institute helps thousands of people to treat the disease that nobody expects, so I hope I don't need it, but no we know tomorrow, so a clinic that cares for patients has to do their best.

São 8 guichês disponíveis e somente 2 atendentes operando, isso acumula um alto fluxo de pacientes esperando e muita aglomeração na recepção em plena pandemia.
The service is very good, but there is still a lack of preparation and training in terms of organization and agility of the attendants at the ticket counters. There are 8 windows available and only 2 attendants operating, this accumulates a high flow of patients waiting and a lot of crowds at the reception in the middle of a pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãezinha foi diagnosticada pelo pneumologistas com câncer esta com muita dor pesando 39 kg ela tem 66 anos e a informação das atendentes do ambulatório disseram que eles estavam ciente do caso mas teria que esperar para eles ligarem e agendar pois ela não é de rio preto. Estamos aguardando já faz 3 dias. Na situação que ela se encontra 3 dias faz muita diferença, fora desespero de vela com dor.
My little mother was diagnosed with cancer by pulmonologists, she is in great pain weighing 39 kg, she is 66 years old and the information from the outpatients said that they were aware of the case but would have to wait for them to call and schedule because she is not from Rio Preto. We have been waiting for 3 days. In the situation that she finds herself 3 days makes a lot of difference, apart from the despair of sailing with pain.

Mais de 1 hora aguardando p marcar retorno, uma vergonha,saem p almoçar e deixam os pacientes igual trouxas esperando.oito atendentes,fica 2.um absurdo

More than 1 hour waiting to schedule a return, it's a shame, they go out to lunch and leave the patients like muggles waiting.
