Não tem fila de espera em nenhuma das etapas do processo!!! Salas de espera confortáveis, com ar condicionado, televisão, café e chá. Tudo proporcionando maior conforto para pacientes e acompanhantes. Conta também com aparelhos modernos e técnicas de alta complexidade.
Clean, organized and with a competent multidisciplinary team. Fast service, from the initial consultation to the start of treatment. There is no queue at any stage of the process !!! Comfortable waiting rooms with air conditioning, television, coffee and tea. All providing greater comfort for patients and companions. It also has modern appliances and highly complex techniques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu pai faz tratamento para câncer de pulmão. Na sua última sessão, pré véspera do ano novo, chegamos e logo na recepção a pessoa nos recebeu da seguinte maneira: “por favor não atrase amanhã, o Sr é o último paciente”. Estávamos atrasados em 10 min, pois o pcte estava com fratura de ombro, andando com dificuldade. Ao invés de receberem com um boa tarde e nos oferecerem uma cadeira de rodas, a preocupação não era o cuidado, bem como estar e mais do que isso SEGURANÇA do paciente. O segundo episódio, foi no cancelamento da sessão em decorrência da fratura do ombro e posição. Até aí sem problema, contudo ao solicitar que a médica radiologista entrasse em contato com o médico oncologista para ciência, está me interrogou porque ela deveria fazer isso. Sou da área da saúde, enfermeira, com experiência hospitalar e atendimento ao cliente. Não deveria ser eu a explicar isso para a médica.
My father is being treated for lung cancer. At his last session, before New Year's Eve, we arrived and immediately at the reception the person welcomed us as follows: “Please do not delay tomorrow, you are the last patient”. We were 10 minutes late, because the pcte was with shoulder fracture, walking with difficulty. Rather than getting in with a good afternoon and offering us a wheelchair, the concern was not the care, well being and patient safety. The second episode was session cancellation due to shoulder fracture and position. So far, no problem, but in asking the radiologist to contact the oncologist for science, you're asking me why she should do that. I am from healthcare, nurse, with hospital experience and customer service. It shouldn't be me explaining this to the doctor.

Excellent treatment!! Wonderful professionals!! The service is not even mentioned, human people do everything to make us feel good!! Always clean environment doesn't make a difference in agreement, private or SUS all treated as equals!! MY NOTE AND A THOUSAND TO ALL ??? I thank all of ❤️❤️

As meninas da recepção e assistência social são super acessíveis, qualquer dúvida o médico consegue lhe ver, os aparelhos são de última geração e a equipe técnica de primeira. Enfim nada a reclamar...
The service is excellent, they offer coffee, tea, cookies, juice, in short, everything to make customers feel at home. The girls at the reception and social assistance are super accessible, any questions the doctor can see you, the equipment is state-of-the-art and the technical team is first-rate. Anyway, nothing to complain about...
