★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como diz o nome "canhoto" fique esperto! Parei o carro para consertar uma luz de freio e Gastei R$680.00. O carro é um Citroen C-3 que vale 18.000,00 kkk. Olha o orçamento: "Serviço de recuperação do chicote parte elétrica R$350,00 "são tres fios"; "Programação R$120,00"; "Lampada R$20,00"; "Interruptor de Freio R$185,00"; "Programação R$120,00" Total R$680,00 sem falar que, quando fui buscar o carro me cobraram mais R$120,00 de uma outra programação que não sei de que? Bom a luz de freio foi trocada e voltou a funcionar, me apresentaram 03 fios queimados, que deve ser do chicote. Seguem fotos de peças semelhantes que encontrei na internet em uma pesquisa simples. Olha que se fizer uma pesquisa melhor pode ser que encontre em valores bem melhores. Tiro tres estrelas do preço e orçamento obscuro e muito fora da realidade e dou duas estrelas pelo fato de ter trocado a lâmpada!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima oficina! Entendem de mecânica e eletricidade de autos, explicam para o cliente o que foi feito de forma detalhada. Não é a primeira vez que faço um serviço com eles, o primeiro fiquei com o carro mais de 4 anos e o problema não voltou, essa segunda visita eu estava com dificuldade pois era uma combinação de problemas mecânicos e elétricos e já havia passado por algumas oficinas e quando cheguei fui bem atendido e apontaram o problema rapidamente com precisão cirúrgica. Já peguei meu carro e está perfeito, só tenho a agradecer.

It is not the first time that I do a service with them, the first I stayed with the car for over 4 years and the problem did not return, this second visit I was having difficulty because it was a combination of mechanical and electrical problems and I had already gone through some workshops and when I arrived I was well attended and they pointed out the problem quickly with surgical precision. I already took my car and it's perfect, I just have to thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Após meses com problema de descarga de bateria e queima do farol esquerdo de xenon de um Honda Accord V6, procurei essa autoelétrica... Pedi para realizarem teste de fuga de carga, mas não realizaram... Insistiram que o problema era "na central". Me cobraram R$ 1.200,00 pelo suposto reparo... Trocaram o farol de xenon por um chinês horrível e não me avisaram que ficaram com o meu farol bom (direito). Voltei e reclamei, disseram que só ficaria bom se trocasse por um original, que custou uma fortuna. Ok, troquei e resolveu a questão do farol... Quanto a fuga de carga, o carro saiu de lá com uma bateria nova e o mesmo problema. Em 2 dias a bateria esgotava. Já de saco cheio, passei num humilde eletricista da Rua Cabo Verde, Marquinho... em 15 minutos ele fez o simples teste que comprovou a fuga de carga e localizou uma antena de TV escondida ligada direto na bateria... Era a razão da fuga de carga. Problema resolvido. Me cobrou 30 reais. Esse, sim, competente e honesto.

They exchanged the xenon headlamp for a horrible Chinese one and they didn't tell me that they kept my good headlamp (right). I went back and complained, they said it would only be good if I exchanged it for an original, which cost a fortune. Ok, I changed it and solved the headlight issue... As for the charge leakage, the car left there with a new battery and the same problem. In 2 days the battery ran out. Already fed up, I passed a humble electrician on Rua Cabo Verde, Marquinho... in 15 minutes he did the simple test that proved the charge leak and located a hidden TV antenna connected directly to the battery... That was the reason for the charge leakage. Problem solved. Charged me 30 reais. This one, yes, competent and honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei a troca das lâmpadas de 2 faróis de milha. Me explicaram sobre o alto custo das lâmpadas raras daquele carro importado (era um Sentra 2012!) e eu acreditei por absoluta ignorância e por confiança no proprietário antigo. Me cobraram R$190,00 por cada uma. Dei uma chorada, e consegui só R$20,00 de desconto se pagasse com Pix. O serviço demorou 10 minutos. Dias depois, encontrei por acaso a mesma lâmpada, exatamente da mesma marca, por R$31,00 numa loja próxima. Pesquisei na internet e achei similares de até R$5,00, uma simples lâmpada H11. Foram absurda e descaradamente desonestos. Considerando tempo e custo, acho que foi o serviço mais caro que já paguei na minha vida. Coisa incrível!

They explained to me the high cost of rare light bulbs in that imported car (it was a 2012 Sentra!) and I believed it out of absolute ignorance and trust in the old owner. They charged me R$190.00 each. I cried, and got only R$20.00 off if I paid with Pix. The service took 10 minutes. A few days later, I happened to find the same lamp, exactly the same brand, for R$31.00 in a nearby store. I searched the internet and found similar ones for up to R$5.00, a simple H11 lamp. They were absurdly and blatantly dishonest. Considering time and cost, I think it was the most expensive service I've ever paid for in my life. Amazing thing!
