E desde quando os filhotes nem estavam disponíveis o tratamento e carinho da Mari e todos do Canil Ballantine sempre foi impecável, sempre tirando todas as dúvidas. Ao visitar pela primeira vez o canil podemos ver de perto o carinho e amor que todos os dog s recebem tanto os filhotes quanto os pais... sem dúvidas é um trabalho diferenciado com muito respeito, amor e muito carinho. Mari e todos do canil muito obrigado por tudo, estamos mega felizes e o Bizonho meu Bernese é simplesmente o reflexo de todo tratamento que ele recebeu de vcs PERFEITO.

On the day (25/02/2020) I went to pick up my “Bernese” bear cub. And since when the puppies weren't even available, Mari's treatment and affection and everyone from Ballantine Kennel has always been impeccable, always clearing up all doubts. When visiting the kennel for the first time, we can see up close the affection and love that all dogs receive, both the puppies and the parents... without a doubt it is a differentiated work with a lot of respect, love and a lot of affection. Mari and everyone at the kennel, thank you very much for everything, we are very happy and Bizonho meu Bernese is simply the reflection of all the treatment he received from you PERFECT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o primeiro contato a Mari foi sempre muito solícita e paciente com as dúvidas mais básicas, sempre transparente e dando os melhores conselhos para com nossos filhos de 4 patas.
Só tenho a agradecer e dizer o quanto esse canil é sério e respeitoso com os animais.
Hoje o Bradock está c 6 meses e nunca teve nenhum problema.

From the first contact, Mari was always very helpful and patient with the most basic doubts, always transparent and giving the best advice to our 4-legged children.
I just have to thank and say how serious and respectful this kennel is to animals.
Today Bradock is 6 months old and has never had any problems.

It was a great experience to know this place, the animals are well treated, with love and affection. Only happiness in this kennel. There is a veterinarian to take care of the puppies. I really liked it, I recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava procurando um filhote de Jack Russell na internet e quando achei o canil ballantine foi a melhor coisa que já me aconteceu, a filhote era recém nascida quando já fizemos a reserva, a buscamos quando completou dois meses, durante esse período sempre nos mandaram fotos e vídeos da filhote nos informando como ela estava, muito atenciosos. Cali está aqui toda feliz, vai ser uma auau praiana. Não tenho palavras pra agradecer a Mari e sua família pelo cuidado e toda atenção com minha filhote. Melhor atendimento impossível, confiáveis, super recomendo!!
I was looking for a Jack Russell puppy on the internet and when I found the ballantine kennel it was the best thing that ever happened to me, the puppy was newborn when we already made the reservation, we looked for her when she was two months old, during this period they always sent us pictures and videos of the puppy letting us know how she was, very attentive. Cali is here all happy, it's going to be a beachy wow. I have no words to thank Mari and her family for the care and attention given to my puppy. Best service impossible, reliable, super recommend!!

A atenção e paciência ao esclarecer todo tipo de dúvida, a transparência e confiança ao nos convidar para ir conhecer o canil e os pais do nosso filhote, a seriedade e profissionalismo com a reprodução da raça. Perfeição em todos os detalhes! E não deu outra… nem precisamos mais pesquisar… o Canil Ballantine nos conquistou pelo respeito não apenas conosco, mas principalmente com os animais não humanos que ali estão (todos os berneses da Mari têm um temperamento maravilhoso, são felizes, ativos, amorosos e lindos!). Last year we decided to have a Bernese cowboy in the family. After a lot of research, we found the Ballantine Kennel, in São Paulo. From the first contact with Mariana, everything enchanted us. The attention and patience in clarifying all kinds of doubts, the transparency and trust in inviting us to visit the kennel and the parents of our puppy, the seriousness and professionalism with the reproduction of the breed. Perfection in every detail! And there was no other... we don't even need to research anymore... the Ballantine Kennel won us over for the respect not only with us, but especially with the non-human animals that are there (all of Mari's Bernese have a wonderful temperament, they are happy, active, loving and beautiful !). Today our Bernese Bear is already 10 months old and he revolutionizes our life with a love that seems to have no end.
