★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com este banco,meu cartão foi clonado eles fizeram uma lambança enorme nas faturas tentaram me enrolar todos Sac, Atendimento.Ouvidoria etc...e não conseguiram me explicar a cobrança agindo fora do contrato do cartão de crédito e Sr. Andrei da minha agência ainda debochou da minha cara dizendo que eu queria ganhar dinheiro do banco que eu não iria conseguir .São péssimos na tratativa com o cliente e despreparados ao extremo ...NÃO ABRAM CONTA NESTE BANCO,NÃO RECOMENDO; TERÃO PROBLEMAS E SEMPRE TENTARAM TE ENROLAR....
 Bad experience with this bank, my card was cloned they made a huge mess on the invoices they tried to roll me all Sac, Atendimento.Oudidoria etc ... and they couldn't explain the charge to me acting out of the credit card contract and Mr. Andrei da my agency even mocked me saying that I wanted to earn money from the bank that I would not be able to. They are terrible at dealing with the client and unprepared to the extreme ... DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT AT THIS BANK, I DO NOT RECOMMEND; THEY WILL HAVE PROBLEMS AND ALWAYS ATTEMPTED TO TROLL YOU
