 Old structure, corridor without lighting, bedroom with springless mattresses, bathroom sink too small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel mudou de endereço, mas não mudaram no google. O endereço correto é Felix Pacheco, 585. O hotel está reformado, porém o ar condicionado do quarto que nos colocaram não funciona, tivemos que trocar de quarto. Não tem água quente. Não tem TV nos quartos. O preço é 80 reais para 2 pessoas, dado o que oferece achei justo. Só não gostei do fato de ficar rodando a cidade tentando achar o local e também de ter que ficar trocando de quarto porquê não nos colocaram em um que o ar já estivesse funcionando.
The hotel has changed its address, but has not changed on google. The correct address is Felix Pacheco, 585. The hotel is renovated, but the air conditioning in the room they put us in doesn't work, we had to change rooms. There is no hot water. There is no TV in the rooms. The price is 80 reais for 2 people, given what I found to be fair. I just didn’t like the fact of running around the city trying to find the place and also having to keep changing rooms because they didn’t put us in one where the air was already working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem ar condicionado ao menos, o mais essencial, mas não é possível ajustá-lo, somente ligar/desligar. O tamanho da torneira instalada é grande demais para a pia, fazendo respingar muito com facilidade. O dormitório duplo que usei (nº 25) uma das camas, afundava totalmente no meio, e barulhenta, ainda bem que estava sozinho... usei a outra boa pra dormir. A TV é minúscula das de tubo antiga mesmo, com aqueles famigerados canais de leilão de boi via satélite com adaptador da Century.
Mas os quartos são forrados, banheiro privativo, higiene e estrutura de resto é conforme o esperado pelo preço e localização, que é boa, dá para ir a pé até vários restaurantes, pizzarias, bares, e comércio.
Anfitriões educados e prestativos. Vale o custo-benefício.
It has air conditioning at least, the most essential, but it is not possible to adjust it, only turn it on/off. The size of the installed faucet is too big for the sink, making it splash very easily. The double bedroom I used (No. 25) one of the beds, it sank completely in the middle, and noisy, thank goodness I was alone... I used the other good one to sleep. The TV is tiny of the old tube ones, with those infamous channels of auction of cattle via satellite with an adapter from Century.
But the rooms are covered, private bathroom, hygiene and structure, the rest is as expected for the price and location, which is good, you can walk to several restaurants, pizzerias, bars, and shops.
Polite and helpful hosts. Worth the value for money.
