★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde o contato telefônico, até o momento que fomos atendidos no local, foi todo absolutamente perfeito! Temos uma yorkshire que sofreu um ataque e quase perdeu o olhinho, mas eles a receberam com muito amor, carinho e profissionalismo!! Graças a Deus e a esse equipe maravilhosa a Malu está muito muito muito bem agora! Muito obrigado a vocês e um muito obrigado ainda mais especial a Dra. Cristiane que foi o máximo durante todo o momento!!
 From the telephone contact, until the moment we were treated at the place, everything was absolutely perfect! We have a yorkshire who suffered an attack and almost lost his eye, but they received it with a lot of love, care and professionalism !! Thanks to God and this wonderful team, Malu is very very very well now! Thank you very much and an even more special thank you to Dr. Cristiane who was the best at all times !!

Já tive vários cães que passaram por cirurgia lá que foram salvos pelas competentes veterinárias, não só os da minha casa mas os de toda família, minha mãe adotou uma cachorra que um dia depois começou a ficar doente, levou lá era cinomose ela ficou muito mal pensamos que não sobreviveria, mas ela está lá hoje firma e forte, isso já faz anos e não houve sequelas...

I have had several dogs that have undergone surgery there that were saved by the competent veterinarians, not only those from my house but those from the whole family, my mother adopted a dog that one day later started to get sick, it was distemper there she got really bad we think it would not survive, but it is there today firm and strong, that has been years and there were no sequels ...

Fizeram eu pagar 3 internação dizendo que era para ficar tomando medicação mentira a cachorrinha saiu bem pior do que entrou e pior machucada e bem desidratada
Decepcionada com eles

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O cachorro que pertence ao meu pai ...um membro da família...foi atacado por outro cão...um acidente triste? Fiquei desesperada...a Dr.Fernanda tratou com muito carinho e fez a sutura ...conseguindo reparar fucinho e a boca....Imensa gratidão ❤️❤️ pelo trabalho bem realizado...Tutu está se recuperando ...ficou bem feita a reparação...O ambiente estava muito bem organizado...atendimento rápido...exames foram realizados e muito bem explicado as medicações para cuidarmos do Tutu.
The dog that belongs to my father...a family member...was attacked by another dog...a sad accident? I was desperate...Dr.Fernanda treated it with great care and sutured it...and succeeded repair the muzzle and the mouth.... Immense gratitude ❤️❤️ for the job well done...Tutu is recovering...the repair was done well...The environment was very well organized...quick service...exams were performed and the medications to take care of Tutu were very well explained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passamos incialmente com a Dr. Fernanda que cuidou muito bem, nos explicou os procedimentos necessários e tratou muito bem, nos dando todo apoio e atenção.
Depois fizemos um retorno com a Dra Cristiane que tentou nos "empurrar" várias vacinas...não aceitamos.
Voltamos para uma emergência e o atendimento foi novamente com a Dra Cristiane que estava de plantão, ela aplicou alguns remédios, sem nos perguntar se poderia, o quanto custaria, sem explicar para que servia, e ainda queria que voltássemos para casa com o animal com a agulha no braço (para futura aplicação de medicamento no outro dia), não permiti.
Depois fizemos um retorno no outro dia com a Dra Fernanda e pela cara dela não havia necessidade de todos aqueles medicamentos, agradeci e viemos embora.
Não recomendo a Dra Cristiane, parece que só quer nos fazer gastar, não passa confiança e honestidade.
Agora sou agradecida a Dra Fernanda pelo carinho e atenção.
We initially spent time with Dr. Fernanda, who took care of us very well, explained the necessary procedures and treated us very well, giving us all the support and attention.
Then we made a return visit with Dr Cristiane who tried to "push" us several vaccines...we didn't accept.
We returned for an emergency and the service was again with Dr Cristiane who was on duty, she applied some medication, without asking us if she could, how much it would cost, without explaining what it was for, and she still wanted us to return home with the animal with the needle in the arm (for future application of medication the other day), I did not allow it.
Then we made a return trip the other day with Dr Fernanda and from her face there was no need for all those medications, I thanked her and we left.
I don't recommend Dr Cristiane, it seems she just wants to make us spend, she doesn't pass on trust and honesty.
Now I am grateful to Dr Fernanda for her affection and attention.

Enfim o cachorro morreu no Domingo e só fiquei sabendo na Segunda feira porque fui lá. nem pra ligar eles serviram Eles só pensa em dinheiro ? em primeiro lugar ? não tem amor pelos animais deveria fechar essa clínica
It's the worst clinic I've ever seen my dog was hospitalized on a Saturday they'd say he was going to call and didn't call. Anyway, the dog died on Sunday and I only found out on Monday because I went there. not even to call they served They only think about money ? in the first place ? there is no love for animals should close this clinic
