★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma decepção! Trataram meu cachorro como mercadoria.... nem o examinaram e já o internaram! Ficam induzindo internação! Se aproveitam do cuidado q temos com o pet para forçar internação, nós ameaçando de forma insistente que teremos que assinar um "termo". Péssimo atendimento da Veterinária, não soube me passar uma explicação após 24 horas de internação... não tirou minhas dúvidas... não passou segurança, muito pelo contrário...como disse o tempo todo forçando exames e internação, e o pior SEM NECESSIDADE! Assinei o "temido" termo e levei meu cachorro para uma clinica o de ele teve o devido atendimento !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom poderia ter gente já no local quando o agendamento está para o primeiro horário na castração. Então fica a dica tanto para o lugar como para os clientes. Tive o agendamento para as 9hs porém não tinha ninguém para me atender às 9hs e o local estava fechado. As 9:05 chegou o funcionário para abrir o estabelecimento e as 9:30 iniciou as entregas das SENHAS para ordem de chegada.
Very good could have people already on site when the schedule is for the first time in the castration. So here's the tip for both the place and the customers. I had an appointment for 9 am but there was no one to meet me at 9 am and the place was closed. At 9:05 am the employee arrived to open the establishment and at 9:30 am he started delivering the PASSWORDS in order of arrival.
