★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava indo tudo bem, tenho um Husky e ele já tomava banho lá ha mais de 2 meses.
Até que hoje ele chegou com o rosto todo marcado e até ferido em um lugar, com marca de focinheira, coisa que nunca tinha acontecido.
Sei que ele é um cachorro com muita energia, mas extremamente dócil. Sempre ligava para perguntar se estava tudo certo nos banhos e sempre me falavam que ele não dava trabalho.
Ao ligar hoje para saber o que aconteceu, me disse que colocaram a focinheira porque ele "estava brincando demais". E até mesmo o rapaz que me atendeu disse que não entendeu o motivo de terem colocado isso nele, me pedindo até fotos.
Não sei se mudou a equipe do banho, mas achei um absurdo amarrar a boca do cachorro dessa forma a ponto de ficar as marcas e machucar.
Se o lugar não está preparado para cachorros de médio e grande porte, já deveriam avisar e nem pegar para dar banho.
Estou extremamente indignada, isso pra mim é maus tratos. Ainda com o agravante que ele ficou quase 5 horas no pet shop, chegou babando, e pelo visto ficou esse tempo todo com a boca amarrada sem poder beber água.
Criamos nossos pets com todo amor, e o mínimo que esperamos de um serviço PAGO é que tenham respeito e cuidado.

Until today he arrived with his face all scarred and even injured in one place, with a muzzle mark, something that had never happened before.
I know he is a dog with a lot of energy, but extremely docile. I always called to ask if everything was right in the baths and they always told me he wasn't too much trouble.
When he called today to find out what happened, he told me they had put on the muzzle because he "was kidding too much." And even the guy who attended me said he didn't understand why they put this on him, even asking me for pictures.
I don't know if the bath crew changed, but I thought it was absurd to tie the dog's mouth in this way to the point where the marks were left and it hurt.
If the place isn't prepared for medium and large dogs, they should let you know and don't even take them to bathe.
I'm extremely indignant, this for me is mistreatment. Even with the aggravating factor that he spent almost 5 hours at the pet store, he arrived drooling, and apparently he was stuck with his mouth all this time, unable to drink water.
We raise our pets with all the love, and the least we expect from a PAID service is that they have respect and care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vacinei meu filhote no Cão Mania e gostei muito do atendimento da Dra. Ana Carolina. O atendimento em geral é muito bom. Irei dar o primeiro banho da filhote com eles e todo o resto das vacinas também. Recomendo!
