★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento pelo telefone não podia ser pior, a moça que me atendeu com o nome de Shirley, simplesmente me deixou esperando por mais de 8 minutos, até que desisti da ligação , queria efetuar uma compra onde os outros orçamentos que fiz em outros estabelecimentos estavam ficando em torno de 800,00 pelo que parece essa loja não precisa de vendas por telefone.

No ato da compra informa que o pedido estará disponível para retirada na loja em 45 minutos e que você irá receber um email confirmando que o pedido está disponível para retirada, porém não é bem isso que acontece. Você efetua a compra, o valor é debitado na hora em seu cartão de crédito e passa-se horas e o pedido ainda continua em processamento e não recebe nenhum email informando que o pedido está disponível. Melhor dirigir até uma loja e efetuar a compra presencialmente.
