★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha intenção de comprar um sapato, vi, gostei, mas preferi dar uma volta ao shopping para ver se achava algum sapato que fosse mais a minha cara. Qdo disse isso para a vendedora (que até então era simpática), ela nem disfarçou, virou as costas e emburrou a cara. Só não falo o nome da vendedora aqui, para evitar que ela seja mandada embora, apesar de merecer. Mesmo que eu não achasse outro sapato, nessa loja não voltaria. Essa loja da Capodarte precisa dar um treinamento urgente para os funcionários.

I just do not say the name of the saleswoman here, to prevent her from being sent away, even though she deserves it. Even if I did not find another shoe, I would not go back to that store. This Capodarte store needs to provide urgent training for employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento meu salto quebrou com dois dias de uso, e como já havia passado o prazo para trocar na loja, foi solicitado que entrasse em contato com a fábrica. Faz um mês que enviei o produto e não recebi posição alguma.
Dinheiro jogado fora.
Bad service, my heel broke after two days of use, and as the deadline for changing at the store had passed, I was asked to contact the factory. It's been a month since I sent the product and I didn't receive any position.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Fui à loja para fazer uma troca de um presente que havia ganhado e por ser troca, me atenderem com total descaso! Vendedora gritando no meio da loja, vendedora (talvez gerente) se quer olhou para mim enquanto Estava no balcão! Péssimo atendimento! Jamais voltarei!
Terrible attendance! I went to the store to make an exchange for a gift I had won and because it was an exchange, they treated me with total disregard! Saleswoman screaming in the middle of the store, saleswoman (maybe manager) if she even looked at me while I was at the counter! Terrible attendance! I will never return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepcionado, com o atendimento, você compra um produto, te informam que vc tem um bônus de compra, no dia perguntei quando podeira utilizar o tal bônus, a gerente informa que apenas após dois dias, ok voltei para utilizar o bônus aí vc é informado que tem que comprar acima de R$ 500,00 para abater a compra, sendo que na hora da primeira compra não foi assim explicado.
Péssimo treinamento.
Mas ok menos alguns clientes.

One of my favorite stores. The service is differentiated, the sellers try to get to know the customers' tastes and indicate what best matches their style, and especially they don't try to force you to take the product. I highly recommend
