★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui pela primeira vez na loja hoje, não tive uma boa experiência, pois deixei o serviço agendado para as 9h, cheguei 8h45 e esperei até às 9h30 e a loja não abriu. Não consegui contato com o telefone da loja. Um senhor simpático veio falar comigo e disse que era familiar da dona. Me deu telefone dela, liguei mas não atendeu. Depois ele falou com ela por telefone e informou que não iriam abrir em virtude de problemas com funcionário. Paciência né.
A empresa respondeu à avaliação, muito bom, uma estrela a mais por isso. Porém, quanto à informação que não atende aos sábados, o serviço foi agendado pelo número 9973-2238, que tem inclusive foto da empresa e está gravado na pintura da frente da loja.
Mas tranquilo, em outra oportunidade poderá ser melhor.
I went to the store for the first time today, I didn't have a good experience, as I left the service scheduled for 9:00 am, I arrived at 8:45 am and waited until 9:30 am and the store did not open. I was unable to contact the store phone. A nice gentleman came to talk to me and said that he was familiar with the owner. She gave me her phone number, I called but didn't answer. Then he spoke to her on the phone and informed them that they would not open because of problems with an employee. Patience, right.
The company responded to the evaluation, very good, one more star for that. However, as for information that does not meet on Saturdays, the service was scheduled by the number 9973-2238, which even has a picture of the company and is engraved on the painting at the front of the store.
But rest assured, in another opportunity it may be better.

I did the complete service: custom seat covering, internal and external washing, repair of seat foam and door covering. Service was very accomplished, no delays as scheduled. Great! I recommend.

Minha bancada, encosto de cabeça, piso e volante ficaram além das expectativas, ainda ganhei de cortesia a forração do câmbio e freio de mão no meu Hyundai Tucson. Meu carro é 2009 e ficou 2019 (ZERADO). Recomendo.

My bench, headrest, floor and steering wheel were beyond expectations, I still got courtesy of the lining of the gearbox and hand brake on my Hyundai Tucson. My car is 2009 and it was 2019 (RESET). I recommend.
