Recomendo para quem tem aquele quadro antigo na parede e quer renovar a casa, mas fica na duvida de qual moldura escolher. Eles tem paciência e bom astral para te ajudar nisso.
I have been a Capricho customer for over 15 years, they solve everything, even the most complicated details. They work with museological material, they are friendly, reliable and at a fair price. I recommend it to anyone who has that old picture on the wall and wants to renovate the house, but is in doubt which frame to choose. They have patience and good spirits to help you with that.

Deixei a arte a ser emoldurada no dia 8/02. O prazo para entrega era dia 20/02. Fui buscar dia 22 e não estava pronta. Numa ação de pro-ativismo o funcionário diz que faria agora se pudesse esperar 20 min (pensei: deixo mais de 10 dias com antecedência pra fazer na hora em 20 minutos?).Aguardei cerca de 40 minutos. Qdo trouxe o quadro p verificar não era a arte que tinha deixado. Mais 30min para encontrar a minha arte (estava toda enrolada, questionei o descaso com a arte e fui ignorada).
Já atrasada e não podendo esperar o rapaz diz q entregaria na minha casa com opção da maquininha p pagamento no cartão e QUE MANDARIA MENSAGEM PARA AVISAR. 6 dias depois chego em casa e o quadro simplesmente foi largado na minha portaria sem nenhum tipo aviso. Um dia depois recebo mensagem do financeiro p transferência. Como pagaria no cartão tenho que voltar na loja, perder mais tempo p realizar o pagamento. Qualidade do quadro é boa mas atendimento péssimo e pouco caso com prazo e com a arte confiada a eles!
Good quality but WORST SERVICE AND TERM!
I left the art to be framed on February 8. The deadline for delivery was 2/20. I went to fetch the 22nd and I was not ready. In a pro-activism action, the employee says he would do it now if he could wait 20 minutes (I thought: do I leave more than 10 days in advance to do it on time in 20 minutes?) I waited about 40 minutes. When I brought the painting to check it was not the art I had left. Another 30 minutes to find my art (it was all wrapped up, I questioned the neglect of art and was ignored).
Already late and not being able to wait, the boy says he would deliver it to my house with the option of paying for the card and THAT SEND MESSAGE TO NOTIFY. 6 days later I get home and the painting was just dropped at my desk without any warning. A day later I receive a message from the financial officer for the transfer. As I would pay by card, I have to go back to the store, spend more time p making the payment. The quality of the painting is good, but the service is terrible and little case with a deadline and with the art entrusted to them!
