★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei uma certidão no primeiro andar,porém na hora de pagar mandam descer pq o caixa e no andar de baixo e.depois voltar no primeiro andar pra retirar, não faz sentido!!!!
I requested a certificate on the first floor, but when paying they send it down because the cashier is downstairs and.after going back to the first floor to pick it up, it makes no sense!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço e atendimento. Toda vez que preciso fazer alguma coisa neste tabelionato, sei que vai dar trabalho. Seja pelo telefone ou presencialmente, sempre sou mal atendido, impressionante. Parece que estão fazendo um grande favor em atender os clientes, e ainda cobram CARO por burocracias mtas vezes desnecessárias!
Certa vez o Sr. Humberto me passou uma informação incorreta sobre os documentos necessários para fazer um procedimento, e sua resposta foi "o mundo não é perfeito"....
Outra vez a funcionária do caixa me disse que o procedimento ia custar "uns" R$170. Quando perguntei se não havia uma tabela de preços por procedimentos, se embananou toda, ficou sem saber o que falar, o Sr. Humberto teve que sentar do lado e explicar.... um despreparo sem tamanho.
Lastimável!! Este recinto devia ser fechado!!!!
Terrible service and care. Every time I need to do something at this notary's office, I know it's going to take work. Whether on the phone or in person, I am always underserved, impressive. It seems that they are doing a great favor in serving customers, and still charge DEAR for often unnecessary bureaucracy!
Once Mr. Humberto gave me incorrect information about the documents needed to perform a procedure, and his answer was "the world is not perfect"....
Another time the cashier told me that the procedure would cost "some" R$170. When I asked if there wasn't a price list for procedures, he got all muddled up, he didn't know what to say, Mr. Humberto had to sit next to him and explain.... an immeasurable lack of preparation.
Regrettable!! This venue should be closed!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom , porém não tem cabimento um estabelecimento como esse só receber em dinheiro em pleno ano de 2022 no qual as pessoas quase não andam mais com dinheiro por conta de roubo e violência.. isso não dá pra aceitar.. isso se chama monopólio.. e não é nenhum pouco democrático.. não recomendo pra ninguém.. péssimo isso..?
The service is good, but there is no point in an establishment like this only receiving cash in the year 2022, in which people hardly carry cash anymore due to theft and violence.. this is not acceptable.. this is called monopoly.. and it's not democratic at all.. I don't recommend it to anyone.. that's too bad..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não vi se tem estacionamento no local mas achei na rua vaga facil e não precisa de zona azul, atendimento rapido, atendente simpatica mas na hora de pagar somente em dinheiro $$, então se tiver so cartão passe antes no banco !
I didn't see if there is parking on site but I found easy parking on the street and you don't need a blue zone, fast service, friendly attendant but when paying only in cash $$, so if you only have a card, go to the bank first!
