★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal super atencioso da recepção médico muito bom ,só uma ressalva a gerente a qual não sei o nome pois a mesma não usa crachá precisa ser mais humana e menos grossa.
Super attentive staff at the reception, very good doctor, just one exception to the manager, who I don't know the name for, she doesn't wear a badge, she needs to be more human and less thick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na recepção pessoalmente já fui muito bem atendida, mas hoje ao entrar em contato por telefone ninguém me atende. No intuito de ter informações sobre o horário de atendimento, devido ao feriado antecipado, e evitar sair de casa à toa nessa pandemia.
At the reception in person I was already very well attended, but today when contacting me by phone, no one answers me. In order to have information about the opening hours, due to the early holiday, and to avoid leaving home for nothing in this pandemic.

Não tem nem higiene nos banheiros
Falta atendimento preferencial..
Na hora de marcar consulta sempre tem que vir em outro dia só pra agendar consulta com psiquiatra..
Esse atend..deveria melhorar mais pra quem mais necessita

Lack of preferential service.
When making an appointment, you always have to come on another day just to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist.
This customer service should improve more for those who need it most
