★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como cliente para alugar me deparei com uma situação de total omissão da imobiliaria, perdi meu tempo tirando toda a documentação e me guiando pelo anuncio da casa tanto na página deles como em outras plataformas, depois de ver o imovel, e ir até a imobiliaria e muito perguntar eles soltam que são R$ 500 a mais do anunciado. Perdi um tempo e dinheiro buscando imovel com eles.
A internet e a comunicação entre as partes tem que ser clara, informando o valor da locação e as taxas, nos anuncios, não deixar o consumidor ter surpresas na hora. Decepcionada com o atendimento e gestão.

Não são profissionais, não fazem as notificações que lhe cabem, não tem nem o mínimo de educação, debocham e tratam mal os clientes na cara dura, não tem a menor transparência nos serviços, enfrentei sérios problemas por causa da falta de seriedade deles. Até a dona do imóvel entrou em contato comigo para reclamar deles, pois nem o valor do aluguel eles repassam devidamente ao proprietário. Nem sei como ainda estão com as portas abertas.
The biggest garbage in the real estate business. They are not professionals, they do not make the notifications they are responsible for, they have not even the least bit of education, they make fun of and treat customers badly with their tough faces, there is no transparency in their services, I faced serious problems because of their lack of seriousness. Even the owner of the property got in touch with me to complain about them, as they don't even transfer the rent properly to the owner. I don't even know how they still have their doors open.
