Tinha uma mesa ocupada além da nossa. Precisamos pedir para limpar e passar um álcool.
Tudo que pedimos estava gostoso, mas realmente o atendimento deixou muito a desejar.
Ar condicionado desligado ou quebrado.. não sei. Muito calor.

Porém basta ter movimento pouco maior e daí fica péssimo
Pouca gente pra atender e atendentes batem cabeça
Estive hj lá fiquei 10 minutos e sequer fui recepcionado por alguém!
Levantei e fui embora!
Sugestão Melhorar atendimento p diminuir tempo médio mesa ocupada. Desta forma aumentara vendas e cliente satisfeito!

Tip Improve attendance p decrease average desk occupied time. This way you will increase sales and a satisfied customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Caramelli é uma cafeteria/doceria fantástica no quesito qualidade na alimentação, do doce ao salgado, do quente ao gelado tudo perfeito!
Porém precisam urgentemente trabalhar e melhorar o serviço de atendimento, as meninas são boazinhas e simpáticas, mas precisam ser mais dinâmicas para não deixar o cliente esperando tanto tempo.
Quando o pedido é algo que tem que esperar o preparo até entende-se a demora por poder ter outros pedidos na frente, mas a demora acontece até quando é um pedido se algo já pronto.
Caramelli is a fantastic cafeteria/sweet shop in terms of food quality, from sweet to savory, from hot to ice cream, everything perfect!
However, they urgently need to work and improve the service, the girls are nice and friendly, but they need to be more dynamic in order not to keep the customer waiting so long.
When the order is something that has to wait until preparation, it is understood that there is a delay for having other orders in front of it, but the delay happens even when it is an order if something is already ready.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei. Atendimento muito bom. Bom café coado e bolo muito gostoso. Apesar de cheio, no horário que fui, a única pessoa que estava atendendo deu conta do recado e prestou um excelente serviço. Parabéns a moça do atendimento e parabéns para a da produção, que veio auxiliá-la.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei muito de conhecer a confeitaria, um lugar muito agradável, decoração linda e com cadeiras super confortáveis, tornando a experiência mais prazerosa. Pedi a ‘taça pequena’ que é uma sobremesa com morangos e achei maravilhosa, não é enjoativa! Também comi um pão de queijo na chapa e estava delicioso. Um lugar excelente para você tomar um cafezinho e ainda comer docinhos e bolos maravilhosos!
I really enjoyed getting to know the bakery, a very nice place, beautiful decor and super comfortable chairs, making the experience more pleasurable. I ordered the 'small bowl' which is a dessert with strawberries and I found it wonderful, it's not cloying! I also had a cheese bread on the grill and it was delicious. An excellent place for you to have a cup of coffee and still eat wonderful sweets and cakes!
