★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível. Cobraram R$27.000 pra fazer o reparo de um motor. R$1.400 só pra desmontarem o carro e fazer o orçamento. Ainda impediram o carro de ser guinchado pra outra oficina pq não havia sido quitado o valor antes do guincho chegar. São mercenários, fui cliente por 2 anos, nunca mais e não recomendo pro meu pior inimigo.
 Horrible. They charged R$27,000 to repair an engine. R$1,400 just to dismantle the car and make the budget. They still prevented the car from being towed to another workshop because the amount had not been paid before the tow truck arrived. They are mercenaries, I was a customer for 2 years, never again and I don't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Era cliente e levava os dois carros para revisão, tudo certo até que após 3 vezes (pagando todas) para resolver um vazamento na água que refrigera o motor, não foi resolvido e tive problema no motor... Culpo os péssimos serviços! Nem pensaram que erraram com meu carro. Levei em outro lugar e até hoje estou montando no carro peças que sumiram possivelmente na caramuru, já que nunca chegou na oficina atual. Tem nome, pessoal gentil, mas o serviço que é mais importante, foi péssimo! Se for para revisão pode dar certo pelos comentários aí, mas para resolver algo sério é complicado. Espero nunca mais voltar e não recomendo.
My story with caramuru was disappointing! I was a customer and took both cars to be serviced, everything was fine until after 3 times (paying all) to solve a leak in the water that cools the engine, it was not solved and I had a problem with the engine... I blame the bad services! They didn't even think they made a mistake with my car. I took it somewhere else and to this day I'm assembling parts in the car that possibly disappeared in the caramuru, as it never arrived at the current workshop. It has a name, nice staff, but the service that is most important, was terrible! If it's for review, it can work for the comments there, but to solve something serious is complicated. I hope I never come back and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência... Já havia orçado em outros luagres para arrumar o ar-condicionado, mas, como um familiar já havia levado o carro lá uma vez e me, prezei pela confiança da indicação.
Nunca me arrependi tanto. O problema não foi resolvido e perdi 700,00.
Ainda sim, quis buscar ter certeza da minha insatisfação. Levei em outras 3 oficinas e vi que, realmente, teria sido melhor levar em outro lugar que o valor seria muito menor, o diagnóstico seria certeiro e, mesmo com outro problema que a CaramuruCar diz não ter como diagnosticar antes, sem sequer eu mensurar o problema, ele foi diagnosticado sim pelas outras oficinas e o valor foi menor.
Fico muito decepcionada pela situação e entenderia se realmente tivesse algum problema que não pudesse ser visto antes. Mas levar em outros lugares, ter o diagnostico completo e ver o quão abusivo foi o preço?
Posso não entender muito de carro, mas saber comparar serviços eu sei.
Bad experience ... I had budgeted in other luagres to fix the air conditioning, but as a family had taken the car there once and me, prezei the trust statement.
I never regretted so much. The problem was not solved and lost 700.00.
Still, I would seek to make sure my dissatisfaction. Took other 3 workshops and saw that, indeed, would have been better to take elsewhere that the value would be much lower, the diagnosis was accurate and even with another problem that CaramuruCar says he did not how to diagnose before without even I measure problem, he was diagnosed rather by other workshops and the value was lower.
I am very disappointed by the situation and understand if you really had a problem that could not be seen before. But take elsewhere, have complete diagnosis and see how abuse was the price?
I can not understand a lot of car, but know I know to compare services.
